Calboy Held In Custody After Breaking A Man’s Leg
Calboy’s been through a lot in the last few weeks. In late April, the Chicago rapper revealed how his Dream Chasers departure was due to a feud with Meek Mill. He referred to DaBaby as a “industry prostitute” for exposing Megan Thee Stallion. But last Monday, police issued a warrant for his arrest on suspicion of assault.
The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia detained the rapper into custody. On Tuesday, they arrested at 8:27 a.m. and charged with aggravated battery.
However, his arrest warrant got issued on May 12th. Calboy allegedly assaulted a guy on May 4 in Dacula, Georgia, according to police.
Calboy have done a lot of damage to the victim. According to a press release from Gwinnett County Police, “The victim was left with a broken leg, facial lacerations, facial and torso bruises, and other injuries.”
Calboy had already made headlines for his ongoing spat with DaBaby. For quite some time, the two had been verbally battling. “Do sumn,” DaBaby said after Calboy labeled him a “life-size weirdo mascot.” “Let’s speak about unsolved killings,” Calboy said, bringing up DaBaby’s own rap sheet.
Calboy was recently featured on the tune “Pressure” by Kodie Shane. Long Live The Kings, Calboy’s most recent album, was out in 2020 and included Lil Tjay, G Herbo, and Lil Baby. While the album’s deluxe edition featured Polo G, Fivio Foreign, Yo Gotti, and King Von, among others.
