“I haven’t had a chance to speak with him,” he told the outlet, “but it’s undeniably a regrettable situation. You see, everyone perceives Fif as this online bully, but behind the scenes, he’s one of the most amicable and compassionate individuals.”

“I haven’t spoken to him,” he told the outlet. “But, yeah, it’s a terrible situation. There’s no way in hell. I mean, 50. You know, everybody sees Fif as this big bully online, but he’s like, the nicest and most caring person.”

He went on saying: “I know it was probably an accident. I know it was an accident. So, I mean, things happen. […] 50 wasn’t aiming for her. And, we’ve seen 50 throw that first pitch at that Major League Baseball game. And we know how crazy he throws. So I know 50 is very remorseful.”

TMZ reported on August 31 that Bryhana Monegain, a Power 106 radio host who was the woman struck by the mic, had promptly filed a police report on the night of the incident, which transpired on August 30. Law enforcement insiders revealed that they suspect 50 Cent tossed the mic toward his crew in the production area, inadvertently striking Monegain.

Monegain allegedly informed the police that 50 Cent had made eye contact with her before launching the microphone, leaving her with the impression that the rapper was aware of her presence.

DJ Envy seeks dismissal of real estate fraud lawsuit, asserting he lost $500K in the process. He, along with Cesar and Jennifer Pina, faces legal action by Anthony Barone and Anthony Martini, who allege being defrauded of $1.5 million for a non-existent apartment complex project.

The accused supposedly took the money from the Taylor Company and Flip 2 Dao ventures without delivering on the project. Moreover, Envy stands accused of undervaluing and then flipping or renting properties in Paterson, NJ.

Envy denies being an employee or representative of Taylor Company or Flip 2 Dao, stating that his celebrity status led to his inclusion in the lawsuit. Cesar Pina supports this claim, confirming that Envy was never employed by Flip 2 Dao.

Envy further reveals that he too was a victim, losing $500,000 in a separate project with the Pinas to renovate a former school into an apartment building. However, he alleges that they failed to deliver on their promises, leaving him with no returns or dividends.

The court hearing is scheduled for September 8 to resolve the dispute.

In his word, DJ Envy said, “Ernesto was a friend of mine growing up, used to play basketball. We used to ride bicycle all the time. And one day he pulled up in a car,.Honda Accord. And I was like damn, rims on. I’m like what are you guys doing? 

“He said come to my crib after school and I’m gonna show you. So I thought he was selling drugs, so when I get to his, school when I get to his house after school, after like about to sell drugs. I go downstairs to Ernesto’s house. His mom opens the door and I see all these records, plaques, and recording machines. I’m like what do you do? He was like I’m a DJ. I’m like what’s your name? DJ Clue. 

“I didn’t know Clue was my neighbor because at one time you know it was a question again. So Clue was the one that put me in the game.

Gunplay is under a strong backlash for recording his conversation with DJ Envy without his consent. 

Gunplay recently went viral after claiming that DJ Envy called him to apologize for speaking unpleasant words to his wife during an interview session. DJ Envy however revealed that Gunplay never asked for his permission before recording their conversation on the phone, making him liable for a 5-year jail term. 

Remember that Envy is also facing an backlash from Joe Budden over an involvement in a real estate scam. However, Pina took to social media to defend the DJ. He wrote, “My business partner and friend DJ Envy is being brought into something he has nothing to do with. He was never given any money to do any real estate deals with me nor has he been party to any deals, negotiations nor partnerships that I have had with investors.”

Reacting to the matter, DJ Envy said, “I honestly don’t know that’s between them and whatever happened. But did I say, ‘There, take this money and give it to this person or do this with this money?’ I never did.

“If you ever came to my seminar, I tell everybody, ‘Everybody on this stage, whether it’s credit, prepare, or it’s a conventional lender, do your homework because I don’t trust anybody.’ If you’ve been to my seminars, I say that a million times.”
