Renowned Hip-Hop Artist DJ Quik Dispels Misleading Paternity Allegations

DJ Quik, the prominent figure in the West Coast hip-hop scene, has vehemently dismissed recent unfounded speculations surrounding his alleged secret child. Denouncing the spread of falsehoods, he has attributed the origin of the misinformation to a fraudulent social media account posing as him.

On a Monday in late August, DJ Quik reached out to New media HipHopDX to clarify the baseless claims of him being a father for the third time. In his succinct response, he refuted the rumors and affirmed his absence from Facebook. He conveyed, “Hey peoples, that Paternity story is false,” he told DX. “I don’t have Facebook.”

Without delay, he turned to his Instagram Story to address the situation further, stating, “Ay. So, someone is doing a hit job on Ya Boy on Facebook.”

The genesis of this ordeal traces back to a recent fraudulent social media update, purportedly from the perspective of the West Coast rap luminary. The update disclosed that DJ Quik unexpectedly learned about his alleged fatherhood after the birth of a child.

Last week, a Facebook account masquerading as DJ Quik made a post detailing his newfound relationship with his daughter, Alcinina Simone. In the now-deleted post, he candidly shared his journey of connecting with her for the first time.

Taking a moment to address the matter, the post read, “I wasn’t going to say anything publicly, but I believe in transparency and honesty. It’s true — I not only have two kids, but I also have three beautiful children.”

“Recently, I had a deep conversation with my daughter, Alcinina, about the past and the feelings of abandonment she experienced. It was a tough conversation, but we talked it out, and I want to make it clear that I love all of my kids deeply.”

“I understand that as a father, I have made mistakes in the past, and for that, I take full responsibility. It was difficult for me to learn that I had a child whose existence I wasn’t aware of due to her mother not informing me about the pregnancy. But, as a family, we have reconciled our differences and are moving forward with love and understanding.”

“My goal now is to be the best father I can be for all of my children. They are my world, and I will do everything in my power to support and nurture them. Family means everything to me, and I cherish the opportunity to grow and learn from my experiences as a father. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. I appreciate each and every one of you. Let’s spread love and positivity together!

DJ Quik is the father of two children: his son David Blake, Jr., and his daughter Davieanna Marlena Blake.

DJ Quik has worked with artists such as Tupac, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, and more. since the late 1980s. West coast hip-hop producer David Marvin Blake, is well known for his G-funk productions, is displeased that Dr. Dre, another legendary Compton resident, has more fame than him.

The “Quik is the name” crooner claimed that the Aftermath mogul does not treat him with the same respect as he does. Howbeit, it is still early, I believe I deserve to be where Dr. Dre is. I don’t think it’s fair, but I understand why. I’ve never had a machine behind me, that always hurt my friends more than it did me,” he wrote.

He continued, “This doesn’t need to be on podcast. Because you have fire starters, who want to spin everything to get more ratings. But the truth is: I love Dr. Dre, like a big brother, one I never had. It pains me when people pit us against each other.”

“There is no automatic winning lottery ticket for everyone periodt. On this planet, you get what you get. But it’s what you do with what you have been given to work with that makes you a star.” “I know I’ll never be as popular as I need to be, but I have 10s of artists superstars! And when they shine, I just smile. The janitor doesn’t get all the glory, but he keeps backstage, clean as a triage.” “This is not meltdown , I’m just expressing myself as naturally as I can,” he concludes.
