Suge Knight Potential Witness in 2Pac Murder Trial Hinges on Keefe D’s Home Search

The ongoing 2Pac murder trial might see a significant turn if evidence is discovered during the search of Keefe D’s residence. As an ex-Crip gang member, Keefe D’s previous statements about being present during the fatal shooting could be used against him in court.

Suge Knight, who was driving the car carrying 2Pac on the night of the tragic incident, is a crucial potential witness for the prosecution. Despite previously refusing to cooperate, he could be compelled to testify if the case proceeds to trial.

In a recent interview, Keefe D appeared uneasy when questioned about the identity of the shooter. He denied allegations against DeAndre “Dre” Smith and even pointed fingers at Diddy, blaming him for the downfall of the West Coast rap empire.

The evidence collected from Keefe D’s home is currently being presented to a Las Vegas grand jury. The decision on whether to indict anyone might take several months.

Cooperating with Prosecution, XXXTENTACION’s Murderer Receives Reduced Sentence

One of the suspects involved in the murder of XXXTENTACION has received a reduced sentence after providing crucial testimony against his co-defendants. Robert Allen, 27 years old, agreed to be a key witness for the prosecution, resulting in a two-year prison term as part of a plea deal.

In the sentencing hearing presided over by Broward Circuit Judge Michael A. Usan, Allen’s seven-year prison sentence was reduced by five years, accounting for the time he had already served during the trial. Additionally, he was placed on 20 years of probation.

Allen had pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and armed robbery in August, while cooperating with the prosecution’s case against his co-defendants, Michael Boatwright, Dedrick Williams, and Trayvon Newsome. The jury had previously found them guilty of first-degree murder and robbery with a deadly weapon, resulting in two life sentences each without the possibility of parole or early release.

During the hearing, XXXTENTACION’s family was present, and his aunt, Deandra Ellis, expressed their satisfaction with the outcome. The prosecution highlighted the risks faced by Allen for providing information against gang members and presented testimony from law enforcement officials attesting to the danger to his life.

Boatwright and Williams were associated with the ZMF gang, a South Florida-based group formed between 2010 and 2013. The court took into account Allen’s admission of gang involvement and the risk he took by testifying against them.

Despite the reduced sentence, Allen’s defense attorney, Jim Lewis, expressed concerns about his client’s safety, stating that he would be targeted for death by the gang. Lewis argued for a life sentence but acknowledged the court’s consideration of the risks Allen had taken.

By cooperating with the prosecution and testifying against his co-defendants, Robert Allen received a reduced sentence, providing some closure to the case surrounding XXXTENTACION’s tragic murder.
