On the Set of “BMF” 50 Cent Contrasts the Styling of Snoop Dogg and Eminem

The G-Unit founder, 50 Cent, remarked at the occasion on how Snoop Dogg and Eminem approached filming in different ways.

Despite believing himself to be the cast member who is the most intense, he pointed out that Snoop Dogg provides a laid-back approach and frequently plays music to keep things light. Additionally, 50 Cent spoke of his son Sire Jackson, who attended the event and the rapper appreciated him for his easygoing attitude. “I would definitely be the most intense on set,” 50 Cent stated. Snoop appears to be listening to music since he looks so at ease.

50 Cent replicated Snoop Dogg’s voice while talking about his experience working with Snoop Dogg and Eminem on the set of his popular STARZ drama series, BMF.

subsequently, He made a remark about his son Sire Jackson’s upbeat presence by his side and his easygoing demeanor. “Watch that? When I arrive here, I want to be like that, Fif declared, He doesn’t care that we are here, actually. He doesn’t care where we are; he will enjoy himself.”

Although Snoop Dogg’s character, Pastor Swift, has grown to be a significant role in the show as the Flennory family’s spiritual leader, Eminem’s character, “White Boy Rick,” played by Eminem, only made an appearance in one episode of BMF.

Snoop Dogg expressed his delight to take on the role again and develop his character’s mentorship and spiritual guidance in a clip used to promote the second season. “I thoroughly enjoyed Season 1.” I’m delighted they gave me the chance to return and change up my persona, because that’s what’s about to happen. You know, everything is kept spiritual by Pastor Swift. You are aware that you require my mentoring and advice.

It is currently unknown if Eminem will make another appearance in the second season of BMF, but 50 Cent recently announced that he and Eminem are collaborating on an 8 Mile TV series.

“I wanna bring — I’m gonna bring, 8 Mile to television,” 50 Cent said during a recent interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood. He continued: “We in motion. It’s gonna be big. I’m working. I ain’t got no duds. I’m batting 100 … I think it should be there for [Eminem’s] legacy because it’s important to me that they understand it.”

A recent report from Deadline also announced the development of an animated superhero series called Trill League for BET+ from G-Unit Film & TV, 3 Arts, and Lionsgate Television.

Dionne Warwick Reportedly Criticised Snoop Dogg For Having Misogynistic Lyrics at One Point

Dionne Warwick reportedly approached Snoop Dogg about his song’s misogynistic lyrics.

Snoop Dogg remembers having being terrified when he received a meeting request from Dionne Warwick to talk about their contentious lyrics regarding women. This past week, a new CNN documentary titled “Dionne Warwick: Don’t Make Me Over” was aired, in which the seasoned performer describes meeting with 1990s gangsta rappers to discuss their misogynistic lyrics.

“These kids are expressing themselves, which they’re entitled to do. However, there’s a way to do it,” she said in the film. “We were kind of like scared and shook up,” said Snoop about the inviation from Warwick. “We are powerful right now, but she’s been powerful forever. Thirty-some years in the game, in the big home with a lot of money and success.”

“You’re going to have families. You’re going to have children,” Dionne tells Snoop Dogg and others. “You’re going to have little girls and one day that little girl is going to look at you and say, ‘Daddy, did you really say that? Is that really you?’ What are you going to say?”

“She was checking me at a time when I thought we couldn’t be checked,” says Snoop. “We were the most gangsta as you could be but that day at Dionne Warwick’s house, I believe we got out-gangstered that day.” “I made it a point to put records of joy—me uplifting everybody and nobody dying and everybody living,” he said about changing his writing approach after the meeting. “Dionne, I hope I became the jewel that you saw when I was the little, dirty rock that was in your house. I hope I’m making you proud.”

Snoop Dogg And Dave Chappelle Collaborate And Perform At The Blue Note Jazz Festival

Dave Chappelle seems to have made a return after all the controversy that followed him after the release of his 2021 Netflix comedy special, The Closer.

According to TMZ, the comedian and his wife Elaine Chappelle traveled to Northern California earlier this weekend for the Blue Note Jazz Festival in Napa Valley, where the 48-year-old found himself performing on stage with a legendary hip-hop artist.

Alongside Snoop Dogg, the Half Baked actor entertained the gathering with jokes and small talk, but that wasn’t all he had in store for them. Chappelle once demonstrated his own vocal prowess by rapping and singing with the Doggystyle hitmaker.

On stage, the two business titans also shared a blunt, and the lyricist from California even made a joke about the father of three becoming into him.

“Snoop said Dave was transforming into himself right before his eyes the more weed he took in, and he goes on to explain that’s why he doesn’t like to toke up with that many people, otherwise there’d be a ton of Snoop Doggs running around,”  According to TMZ.

In another part of the event, cameras captured Dave and Elaine turning up as they hugged each other in the crowd, with the former clutching a drink and donning a sweater by Balenciaga.

The comedian usually mentions his wife in his stand-up routines, but we hardly ever see her face in public, so it’s lovely to see the Chappelles having a good time.

Da Brat Admires Ray J's Call For Straight Men To Support LGBTQIA+

Da Brat Admires Ray J’s Call For Straight Men To Support LGBTQIA+

Da Brat praised Ray for taking that step and said that someone like Snoop Dogg, with his diverse and global influence, could help the cause.

We’re nearing the end of Pride Month’s first week, and celebrations have erupted from coast to coast. The LGBTQIA+ community and their allies have filled city streets, and despite the fact that these parades often face opposition, revelers refuse to be discouraged from joining together in unity. Several Hip Hop musicians have spoken out in support of Pride, including Ray J, who urged straight guys to support their LGBTQIA+ brothers.

Ray had earlier uploaded a video in which he addressed his classmates directly about showing up as allies, as we previously reported. Ray J’s recent statement prompted Da Brat and his wife Judy Dupart to speak with TMZ.

Da Brat On Ray J’s Comments

“I think when Ray J’s passionate about something he speaks on it and I’m not mad at him,” Brat said. “I kinda appreciate him for speaking out and saying how he feels. Shout out everybody, you shouldn’t discriminate. If somebody you know and love is gay and they’re doing something great, shout ’em out and give ’em their flowers, too.”

However, it doesn’t appear that Brat believes Ray J’s call will result in significant changes in how people view the LGBTQIA+ community, but she does acknowledge that individuals who look up to him may think twice before passing judgment.

“Maybe if Snoop said it,” referring to Ray’s cousin. “Snoop has more people of different genres and people all over the world know Snoop, but it may affect some change in people that respect Ray J. But, you know, I think a lot of the OG’s out here would respect somebody else saying it, too, but I think it definitely helps.”

Snoop Dogg Finally Reveals the Release Date for His Mount Westmore Album

Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, E-40, and Too Short announced their formation of Mount Westmore in late 2020. Fans were clearly overjoyed by the announcement, but their debut album has been a long time coming. They’ve only released a few songs so far, but their full-length album is set to drop in just over a week.

Snoop Dogg confirmed on Instagram this weekend that Mount Westmore’s upcoming album will be released on June 7th. The rapper released a taste of new songs from his upcoming album. “The wait is over. BadMFs,” he also included the release date in the caption.

Mount Westmore launched the campaign in 2021 during Triller’s Fight Club, where they sang “Sub Woofer,” their first song together. Then, in March, they slipped through with “Bad MFs.”

“You bring the legends of the West Coast together, something great will always happen,” Snoop Dogg stated. “Cube, 40, Short, and I have been running the game for years. This is the perfect time because each of us brings authentic and new ideas to the table. All four together? That’s magic.” He explained in an interview with HNHH in 2021.
