YNW Melly decides to not testify during the ongoing trial just in similar way to what Tory Lanez did. 

Fans are now wondering if that will be the right thing to do and whatever the decision will work in his favour. 

You know that one of his associates recently testified that he went to Fredo Bang’s house to change his clothes after. In his song, Fredo rapped that Melly deserve his freedom. 

 He raps “Free Melly, it’s been like that since the beginnin’/Talkin’ about subpoena, tell that lady I didn’t get it. Ask my name, it’s Bennett and I ain’t in it.”

You expect the rapper’s trial to last another month after the jurors dismissed for a week. Melly is facing a double murder case ad his friend is charged separately. 

His friend’s attorney said, “Henry shows up at Memorial Hospital Miramar. You don’t see him sitting there, but where you will see him is on the driver’s seat. When [Henry] shows up, he shows up with a change of clothing, change of shirt, powder residue on his hands, evidence in that he has discharged a firearm, and he lies. He lies about where the incident occurred, he lies about how it occurred, and he lies about not having a phone.”

YNW Melly’s prosecutor maintains that “The shooting happened from somebody inside the car.” He went on to say that, “Part of the wound had an abrasion ring on it.”

One of YNW Melly lawyer’s mugshot is going viral after today’s hearing at the court. 

Leaving Melly lawyer’s mugshot, the rapper’s monthly stream on Spotify went up amidst his trial. Also, his mother said he’s suffering from heart attack due to the stress of the trial. 

Jamie King, Melly’s mother, took to Instagram story to defend her son and state that she’s had heart attack. 

She wrote, “I’m deleting this app I can’t be crying and making myself upset because of a lying clout chaser who won’t even show his face in court but care so much. I had 1 heart attack already because of stress I refuse to let this kill me i try to be peaceful and respectful to all of you. I pray for everyone because I know it’s the right thing to do.”

Nobody can trace the heart attack but the fact that Melly accused Jamie King of lying last April makes one wonder if everything she said was true. 

Melly wrote, “Man, listen, everybody who entertaining that shit or whatever going on bruh that is not what it is bruh. My momma be lying, my momma got anxiety issues. Her ass triggered bruh. You know what I’m saying? She feels some type of way because she feels like my brother is supposed to be bigger, or whatever bruh.”
