Woman Arrested For Shooting At Her Child’s Classmates In A School Yard

A mother was arrested after she fired numerous shots at her child’s classmates earlier this week in Tennessee.

Sharon Hall, 36, was arrested after she fired several shots at a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old on Lauderdale Street in Memphis around 4 p.m. Tuesday, according to WREG. According to police records seen by WREG, Hall initially targeted the two victims before telling them “I’ll stretch you out,” then firing several shots.

While Hall was shooting at the teenagers, another student who saw the commotion ran to tell school officials.

A Memphis police report said that “Sharon Hall pulled out a firearm” and began shooting. The 14-year-old victim and the 15-year-old victim were not hurt in the incident, and police believe it resulted from a previous dispute at their school.

Hall fled the scene before police arrived on the scene.

Hall was arrested after police arrived at her home to conduct a wellness check on her. A handgun was discovered in her car while it was being searched after she was taken into custody. She faces two counts of attempted second-degree murder and has a $100,000 bond.

According to police, Hall had been charged with aggravated assault several years ago after she fired shots at a person who was chasing her.

What makes this story even more disturbing is the fact that Hall has no criminal history and cannot understand why she snapped and started firing at random people.

U.S. lawsuit was filed against Subway, alleging that it used “deceptive marketing and labeling” to promote its products as healthier than they were.

According to a third version of the complaint, Subway’s tuna products contained chicken, pork and cattle DNA in samples, according to Reuters on Thursday.

The company “duped” customers by implying that its sandwiches were healthier than they are.

According to the news source, on Monday, Karen Dhanowa and Nilima Amin sued Subway for selling tuna sandwiches that they claim violated California law. According to the lawsuit, a marine biologist tested 20 samples of tuna products taken from over a dozen southern California Subway restaurants and found that 19 of them had “no detectable tuna DNA sequences.”

All 20 test samples, according to court documents, contained chicken DNA, 11 items included pork DNA, and seven contained cattle DNA.

A Subway spokesperson rejected the lawsuit, stating in a statement that “the plaintiffs have filed three meritless complaints, each time changing their story.”

“This third, most recent amended claim was only submitted after their previous complaint was rightfully dismissed by a federal judge. Our legal team is currently reviewing the plaintiffs’ amended claim and will file a new motion to dismiss this irresponsible and unlawful lawsuit once we have completed our evaluation.” “The reality is that Subway tuna is genuine and strictly controlled by the FDA in the United States, as well as other government bodies across the world.”

Subway is no stranger to food-related lawsuits, however, its tuna has brought in controversies.

The New York Times reported in June that, after purchasing 60 inches of Subway tuna sandwiches from three separate locations, it could not find any identifiable tuna DNA.

Subway said that DNA testing is not a reliable method to identify denatured proteins, such as Subway’s tuna, which was cooked before it was tested.”

In response, they have set up a website to defend itself from such claims, including a “Tuna facts check.”

A violent altercation earlier this month at his mansion in Los Angeles might result in criminal charges for Sean Kingston!

For years, Shawn Kingston has avoided negative attention, but his luck has run out.

According to reports, Sean Kingston “Beautiful Girls” singer assaulted a video producer who had been staying at his home, and he may be charged with assault.

The director, who goes by GXDLIKE, said no major problems had occurred during his stay at Sean Kingston’s home in Los Angeles for the past three months.

GXDLIKE and Kingston collaborated to produce a few episodes of vlog.

Their relationship ended violently on November 5th.

According to TMZ, GXDLIKE claims that Kingston wanted him to use his phone as a camera, which was dead. According to GXDLIKE, Kingston flew into a rage and hit him in the face.

The singer then allegedly dragged the director down a hallway, pulled out a gun and threatened him with death before finally chasing him out of his house.

Cops In Florida Have Arrested Woman Accused Of “Execution-Style,” Shooting According To Reports

On Monday, a woman wanted in connection with an execution-style murder in New York City was arrested in Jacksonville.

Police in Jacksonville, nearly 1,000 miles from the scene of the crime, took into custody the suspect.

The fugitive was identified by US Marshals as 42-year-old Claudia Banton, who was detained during a traffic stop on Main Street, north of the Trout River Bridge. They said she was in one of the cars. The driver who was in the vehicle with Banton wasn’t arrested, according to a representative with the U.S. Marshals Service.

According to the authorities, a member of the Marshals’ New York Task Force alerted the Florida Caribbean Regional Task Force on information that Banton could be in Jacksonville. They placed some observation on her and observed her getting into a vehicle from there. They followed and stopped her at that point.

On Tuesday, Banton was arraigned in a Manhattan court. She replied “Yes” when asked by the judge if she wanted to return to New York.

While Banton awaits extradition to New York, she will be incarcerated in the Duval County jail.

The Brooklyn sidewalk shooting, as reported by the Associated Press, took place in early August. The surveillance video shows a woman in black leggings getting out of her vehicle, walking up to Delia Johnson and shooting her in the head at point-blank range while she talks with a group of people in Crown Heights neighborhood.

Moments later, the woman returns to a vehicle and drives off. Delia Johnson was then taken to a hospital where she died.

According to family members, Delia Johnson was lured to the area where she was murdered. She had been to a funeral earlier in the day, and they think that the suspected shooter was there as well.

Delia Johnson was a single mother with a 17-year-old daughter. Her family claimed she had no enemies they were aware of.
