50 Cent Opined That Jay-Z Did’nt Want Him to Perform at The Super Bowl Halftime Show
50 Cent claims JAY-Z didn’t want him to perform at the Super Bowl.
It’s been almost a year since Dr. Dre, SnoopOn the Set of “BMF” 50 Cent Contrasts the Styling of Snoop Dogg and Eminem Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and 50 Cent performed at the memorable Super Bowl halftime show. 50 Cent discussed the historic performance and the conflict between him and Jay-Z behind the scenes during a recent visit to Big Boy’s Neighborhood.
“I got the call before the [Pepsi] ad went up,” he said. “I wasn’t in the ad because of—Jay-Z and they were putting it together. So, I think they still harbor some energy towards me.”
The rapper was then asked if his omission from the advertisement was on purpose. “No. I believe that hey claimed the NFL had some problems with me. I have no idea what those problems are, 50 says. “What’s the problem? You understand what I’m saying?
It was previously revealed Eminem told Jay-Z that he wouldn’t perform at Super Bowl without the POWER mogul. “Em was looking at the entire legacy. The whole thing with Em, Dre, myself,” said Cent.
50 CeOn the Set of “BMF” 50 Cent Contrasts the Styling of Snoop Dogg and Eminemnt also revealed that he’s linked back up with Dr. Dre to work on a new album after he previously revealed he was planning on dropping new music this year.
