Future Unveils Album Cover & Title: “I Never Liked You”
Future gave fans a heads-up that something big was on the way. He shared on Twitter that his good friend and affiliate Young Scooter recommended he should release an album this month, before telling followers to “stay ready, keep woke.” The rapper already released a new single, “Worst Day,” for Valentine’s Day, the prospect wasn’t completely out of the realm of possibility. Regardless, the artist’s acknowledgement and affirmation was now complete.
Future teased fans all month after the initial announcement. He’s been leaking details about the album, including some of the guests (Kanye West, FKA Twigs, and Babyface Ray), a release date (April 29), and a recent GQ cover that further added to the excitement (and seems to have inspired the cover art).
Future Surprised His Fans
He decided to give them another surprise by revealing the album’s cover art and title. Future’s upcoming album, I Never Liked You, will be out on April 29th.
The rapper appears to be sleeping in the backseat of a luxury automobile, with an eye mask covering his eyes. He’s dressed in an eggplant purple silk-like outfit with jewelry adorning his wrists and fingers. Fans flocked to Future’s comment area to compliment what they see, and the album’s title has already become a smash hit.
