TMZ has reported that the Eastvale, CA Property owned by Kendrick Lamar was listed for sale. The property has been home for Kendrick Lamar’s parents and immediate family members. It is said that he relocated them to a Calabasas residence before putting the property for sale. The Mansion ate has a four bed room capacity with a 2.5 – bath house. He purchased the 15-year-old property for $523,400 but it has appreciated to the current quoted price of $800,000. He bought the mansionate in 2014. However, the Manhattan based artist rarely lived in the residence, he lives in a Manhattan Beach Mansion worth more than $10 million.
The reason for the sale of the residential property are not clear however it seems that the move is meant to cash on the Real Estate profits as the property has appreciated by $300, 000 which is a reasonable profit. The move does not mean that he would compromise the comfort of his parents as he moved them into a more exquisite Mansionate worth more than $2.5 million dollars which seems to be cooler more than the previous one.
