Kendrick Lamar’s California Family Home is Listed for Sale

TMZ has reported that the Eastvale, CA Property owned by Kendrick Lamar was listed for sale. The property has been home for   Kendrick Lamar’s parents and immediate family members. It is said that he relocated them to a Calabasas residence before putting the property for sale. The new residence is said to be worth more than $ 2.65 million which seems to be an upgrade from the current residence.

The property is a 3,500 square feet and a three car garage with exquisite indoor recreational facilities like a swimming pool, a spa, and a BBQ station. The Mansion ate has a four bed room capacity with a 2.5 – bath house. He purchased the 15-year-old property for $523,400 but it has appreciated to the current quoted price of $800,000. He bought the mansionate in 2014. However, the Manhattan based artist rarely lived in the residence, he lives in a Manhattan Beach Mansion worth more than $10 million.

The reason for the sale of the residential property are not clear however it seems that the move is meant to cash on the Real Estate profits as the property has appreciated by $300, 000 which is a reasonable profit. The move does not mean that he would compromise the comfort of his parents as he moved them into a more exquisite Mansionate worth more than $2.5 million dollars which seems to be cooler more than the previous one.

The Hip hop legend has been off the air waves as he hasn’t released any new album since 2017’s DAMN, However, he migh t be having things in progress as he is expected to headline the opening night of November’s DAY N VEGAS festival. In the flyer, K. Dot is teased performing his discography from Section 80 to Damn. Only last week, the artist has secured an award with his good kis, m.A.A.d city Album, this was a tremendous achievement following the eight years on the Billboard 200. The Album has made history as the longest Charting Hip Hop Album according to Chart Data. The artist has however been silent for some time and the fans are anticipating good new releases.
