Kodak Black’s Drug Tests Returned Positive For Marijuana and MDMA, According to a Report
Kodak Black violated the conditions of his supervised release in his federal gun case this year by failing drug tests.
In February, Kodak Black’s drug tests came back positive for marijuana and then MDMA in August, according to new reports from TMZ.
The judge ordered Kodak to go through a 90-day treatment program as a result. However, he was given permission to spend 30 days outside of Florida, claiming it would enhance his chance for success, according to the news site.

Kodak has asked the court again to allow him to attend a music festival this upcoming weekend, and he claims it’s merely for business.
The judge signed off on it despite his failed tests, allowing him to perform at the festival this Friday in Queens as long as he remains in contact with his Supervised Release Officer.
Kodak and his team have yet to comment on this.
