According to him, Lil Baby’s speed and the industry takeover is unmatchable. “In the newer generation, there’s nobody better than Lil Baby right now,” Joe told Miller. “We’ve seen all this. We, as Hip Hop historians, we saw when Lil Wayne emerged, we saw when Eminem emerged and Lil Baby is in a lane by himself right now.”

Fat Joe further explained that he had listened to DJ Khaled’s playlist for new releases when he noticed Lil Baby’s potential. He further expressed his surprise that his music quality is even beating major productions ten years ago. While in Maybach Studios, Fat Joe surprisingly explained that Dj Khaled played Lil Baby’s Tracks and then mixed them with Tracks which the fans considered the best over the last ten years and his quality was overlapping the established artists.
