Miami rapper and Maybach Music Group founder, Rick Ross, has set his sights on a new endeavor – running for mayor of Fayetteville, Georgia. This announcement follows the recent denial of a permit for his highly anticipated annual car show.
According to reports from WSB-TV, the permit was rejected due to traffic complaints raised by Rozay’s neighbors, stemming from last year’s Car and Bike Show. Undeterred by the setback, Ross took to his Instagram Story to share his love for Fayetteville and his determination to seek the mayor’s position.
Ross exclaimed, “I love Fayetteville so much. Next year, I’m running for mayor.” He further expressed his ambition to bring about positive change and create opportunities for the community. The renowned artist aims to provide employment prospects, salary increases, and undertake necessary reforms.
Each year, Ross’s Car and Bike Show takes place on his Promiseland property, drawing enthusiasts from across the nation to the vibrant Georgia city.
By channeling his passion for Fayetteville, Rick Ross aims to make a difference as he campaigns for mayor, promising a prosperous future for the city and its residents.
