The Musician Appears Calm Before Trial
On Thursday, Combs appeared in court in New York wearing glasses and a beige prison uniform. Despite the heavy charges against him, he looked calm and even waved to people in the gallery. He is currently locked up in a Brooklyn detention center as he awaits the start of his trial next week.

A court order allows him to swap his prison uniform for up to five shirts, five pairs of pants, five sweaters, and two pairs of shoes without laces. This is a common legal practice, as wearing regular clothes can prevent a jury from forming unfair opinions based on appearance.
