Pusha T Speaks About Kid Cudi And Kanye West’s Feud

Pusha T’s latest album is out, and it features what appears to be Kanye West and Kid Cudi’s final collaboration. In the middle of the Donda 2 launch, the two had a public spat. Cudi retaliated by labelling Ye a “dinosaur” after Ye confirmed that Cudi would not be on the project.

Cudi said he cleared his verse on Pusha T’s “Rock N Roll,” which also features Ye, before the release of It’s Almost Dry. He made it clear, that he and Ye are no longer in good standing and will not be together in the future. “Hey! So I know some of you heard about the song I got w Pusha,” he stated. “I did this song a year ago when I was still cool w Kanye. I am not cool w that man. He’s not my friend and I only cleared the song for Pusha cuz that’s my guy. This is the last song u will hear me on w Kanye -Scott.”

King Push T Speaks About Cudi And Kanye’s Collab

Pusha T expressed his thanks for his ties with both Cudi and Kanye in an interview with Vulture, but added that it’s a strange situation to watch happen. “It fucking sucks. You know Cudi is my fucking brother to the end. Just navigating these relationships, this brotherhood, the arguing … it gets public,” he said. It’s one thing for us to argue. We all argue — that’s not a problem. It gets out there, whether it’s Ye bickering first, or Cudi coming back with what he says. It’s super–fucked up.”

Push recalled the studio session for “Rock N Roll,” which included a sample of Beyoncé’s “1+1,” saying that “everyone was so happy” when they got there.

“The day we made this record, everybody was so fucking happy. Ye’s chopping the Beyoncé sample. Cudi happens to come in that day. We see each other, and I hadn’t seen him in a while. He’s like, ‘I gotta get on a record. Are you crazy?’ Cudi did, like, three or four different references. Beyoncé cleared the sample,” he continued. “There was so much great energy around the making of that record. And, you know, time passes, and issues come up.  He did what he did for his bro, and I love him for that.”

Kanye West Speaks On Family Issues On Pusha T’s “It’s Almost Dry”

Kanye West’s appearances on Pusha T’s “It’s Almost Dry” appear to reveal his co-parenting relationship with Kim Kardashian.

Finally, the time has come. After months of anticipation, Pusha T released his latest studio album, It’s Almost Dry, in its entirety this week. Pharrell and Kanye West both contributed production to the album, as well as singing. Ye contributes a couple verses to the album, including “Rock N Roll,” which features Kid Cudi, and “Dreamin Of The Past.”

Kanye West used his appearances on It’s Almost Dry to speak about his personal life, while Push was giving out top-tier coke raps. On both “Rock N Roll” and “Dreamin Of The Past,” Ye uses his brief cameos on the album to address his well-publicized family difficulties.

On “Dreamin Of The Past,” the rapper included religious verses that appear to align with his co-parenting arrangement with Kim Kardashian. “Born in the manger, the son of a stranger / When daddy’s not home, the family’s in danger,” Ye raps.

The rapper also mentions his difficulties with Kim in their attempt to co-parent their children as a divorced spouse in “Rock N Roll.” “Finally tired of comin’ and goin’, make up your mind / I ain’t come to pick up the kids to pick a fight,” he raps.

Over the last few months, Kanye has voiced his dissatisfaction with his divorce from Kim.

Kanye West, Jay-Z, Lil Uzi Vert, Kid Cudi, Don Toliver, and Labrinth all contribute to the 12-track project. No Malice, his brother and fellow Clipse member, also makes an appearance. Kayne West and Pharrell, two of Pusha T’s long-time partners, stepped in to produce the album.

Pusha T’s New Album

“I’m always creating a masterpiece and in the creation of that in terms of a painting, you end up telling people while they waiting on it, ‘It’s almost dry,’ because they’re always asking, ‘When will it be done?’” he said.

Pusha T also revealed another interpretation for It’s Almost Dry, which is a drug reference, in keeping with the rapper’s brand. “And you have to wait on masterpieces.” He added, “Also in drug culture, a lot of times you’ll have people waiting on the product and it’s not dry yet. You can come get it when it’s dry.”

King Push With Ye And Pharrell

During an interview with Charlamagne Tha God, Pusha T explained why having Ye and Pharrell produce the album was so vital.

“I had the best of both worlds in regards to production and in regards to two people that actually understand who I am and they like two different things from me that I feel are both really great,” Pusha T continued. “This body of work is untouchable because it doesn’t lean too heavy on either side…you get the whole spectrum. It’s my most well-rounded body of work.”

Future Talks On His Relationship With Kanye West After Producing "Donda 2"

Future Talks On His Relationship With Kanye West After Producing “Donda 2”

Future Talks On His Relationship With Kanye West After Producing “Donda 2”

Future claims that he and Kanye West are much closer than the public realizes because he doesn’t post everything on social media. The executive producer of Donda 2 discussed his relationship with West during a new cover story for GQ, in which the outlet labels him the “best rapper alive.”

“Me and Kanye always had a relationship,” Future explains. “But it’s hard for people to understand, because I don’t put everything on Instagram. Kanye flew me to Paris in 2011 or 2012 to work on music. [Discussing] his clothing line before it came, his shoe business before it came. People don’t know I’ve been able to go to his house, and pull up right into the crib. We just never talked about it.”

West recently praised Future, describing him as “the most influential musician of the past ten years” on the Drink Champs podcast in 2021. When asked how he felt about the compliment, Future said it reminded him of the Paris vacation a decade ago.

Future Speaks On Why Kanye Called Him To Paris

“When he said that, I understood why he called me to Paris, even though I didn’t understand it at that time.” “I understood why we had certain conversations. I understood him being a part of ‘I Won.’ Even him having me write on certain [Kanye] albums that people don’t even understand I wrote on.”

He continues: “Sometimes not getting credit when you write with him because the love of the art is…I want it to be right. Top tier. Just being able to create and put those textures over different music, and being involved with something like that. And then later down the line in a priceless moment, him saying what he said on Drink Champs. The value of that statement. The value of the relationship as it continues to grow, the value of just treating people like they are priceless, instead of treating people like they got a dollar sign on them every time.”

Kid Cudi confirmed that he is “not cool” with Kanye West. Despite working on a song together for Pusha T’s new album.

Despite the fact that they have a song together on Pusha T’s new album, It’s Almost Dry. Kid Cudi wants people to know that he is “not cool” with Kanye West. Cudi claims the song got recorded last year while they were still close, and he’s letting Pusha T use it out of respect.

Cudi On His Relationship With Kanye West

“Hey! So I know some of you heard about the song I got w Pusha,” Cudi stated on Twitter. “I did this song a year ago when I was still cool w Kanye. I am not cool w that man. He’s not my friend and I only cleared the song for Pusha cuz thats my guy. This is the last song u will hear me on w Kanye -Scott”

Cudi was first called out by West in February for his association with Pete Davidson. West’s decision to keep him off Donda 2 sparked a Twitter debate.

“Too bad I don’t wanna be on ur album u fuckin dinosaur hahahaha,” Cudi tweeted at the time. Everyone knows I’ve been the best thing about ur albums since I met u. Ima pray [for you] brother.”

Pusha T Reacts To Kanye West’s Remarks That He Regrets Signing Big Sean.

Pusha T’s anticipation for next album “It’s Almost Dry” is building as the release date approaches. The Rap God has been making the rounds in the press, hopping from one interview to the next, and he just spoke with Ebro in the Morning.

He brought up the album and his earlier spat with Drake, which he claims is over but doesn’t feel the need to rehash with the OVO mogul face to face.

During the discussion, Pusha also discussed Kanye West’s contentious appearance on Drink Champs. West dubbed John Legend and Big Sean “sellouts” and said signing the latter to G.O.O.D. Music was the “worst thing I’ve ever done” among the many takeaways from the talk.

How Pusha T Reacts To A Question

“Nah, t be a lot of underhanded stuff that goes on [behind the scenes],” he replied. West is known for being unfiltered when it comes to revealing his truth, and Pusha T has not only learnt but accepted this.

“I feel like, Ye gon’ say what he gon’ say. He gon’ speak what he gon’ speak,” the rapper added. “That type of stuff doesn’t bother me. I think, if you feel like that, and if you feel like you were slighted in any way, shape, or form, then you speak on it. I didn’t have a problem with that, necessarily.”

6ix9ine Mocks Fivio Foreign's First Week Album Sales

6ix9ine Mocks Fivio Foreign’s First Week Album Sales

6ix9ine Mocks Fivio Foreign’s First Week Album Sales.

6ix9ine and Fivio Foreign are in a verbal spat, and as with most feuds featuring the “TROLLZ” rapper, it’s just going to get worse.

Fivio’s debut album B.I.B.L.E., which was released on Friday (April 8), is expected to sell 29,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, according to reports earlier this week. While that amount is expected to land 6ix9ine in the top 10 on the Billboard 200 for the first time, he is less than happy with the results.

6ix9ine On Fivio’s Sales Forecasts

On Wednesday (April 13), after seeing Fivio’s sales forecasts on DJ Akademiks’ Instagram page, the controversial rap figure — who has sold 55K, 66K, and 53K first-week copies across his first three releases — rushed into the comments area to mock his fellow New Yorker.

“This y’all king?” he wrote. “Not blackballed, all those features, the whole industry promoted that [crying face emojis] and now you Kanye and Nicki sidekick even they even tried to help you promote.”

The spat between Fivio Foreign and 6ix9ine began last week, sparked by rivalry for the title of “King of New York.”

Fivio, who claimed to be the successor to the late Pop Smoke’s throne on “City of Gods,” questioned 6ix9ine’s claim with a cryptic tweet after he said “the King of New York is coming back” while announcing his return to music.

“5 Billboards in Times Square, Top 5 songs in NY on Apple at once, & articles in both Daily News & NY Times,” he tweeted. “Don’t ever let that n*gga say he the King Of this city.”

Fivio Foreign and 6ix9ine aren’t the first rappers to fight for the title of “King of New York.” Following the tragic murder of The Notorious B.I.G. in 1997, JAY-Z and Nas famously fought for the title belt, while 50 Cent’s meteoric rise in the early 2000s generated competition with Ja Rule, Fat Joe, and Cam’ron.

Smokepurrp Believes Kanye West Owes Him $9M

Smokepurrp Believes Kanye West Owes Him $9M

Smokepurrp Believes Kanye West Owes Him $9M.

Smokepurrp believes a piece of Kanye pie belongs to him. Purrp claimed on Twitter on Wednesday (April 13) that Yeezy owed him $9 million, but he didn’t elaborate on why.

“And Kanye, n-gga, you owe me like $9 million, n-gga. Hit me line, n-gga, or my lawyer’s gonna hit your lawyer,” he stated.

Smokepurrp Didn’t Go Into Detail About What Was Causing The Problem.

Although Smokepurrp didn’t specify the source of the problem, it’s likely that it arises from his writing credit on Kanye West and Lil Pump’s smash hit “I Love It.” On No Jumper in 2019, the “Audi” rapper said that he wrote “I Love It” with Lil Pump on his 18th birthday.

“The ‘I Love It’ shit. I wrote that shit,” he said. “Basically it was on Pump’s birthday. Basically this nigga [Kanye West] just called Pump, blah, blah, blah. He wanted to make a song about this and I just wrote the song. And it randomly just came out. And he’s like, ‘Yo, the shit you wrote came out.’”

Purrp Claims Ye Owes Him a Large Sum

Smokepurrp is one of seven credited writers of the double-platinum single “I Love It,” which reached No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100. He evidently believes he is owed a large sum of money for his services to the album.

Kanye West and Purrp have a long history together. Smokepurrp explained how he was forced to erase a Yeezy verse off “No Problem” because Kanye didn’t like him cursing on the explicit track.

Kim Kardashian Claims She Didn’t Speak To Kanye West for ‘Eight Months.’ After Their Divorce

Kim Kardashian Claims She Didn’t Speak To Kanye West for ‘Eight Months.’ After Their Divorce.

Kim Kardashian is speaking out about Kanye West’s divorce.

The 41-year-old SKIMS mogul stated that the former couple momentarily stopped speaking when she filed for divorce in February 2021 during an appearance on Dear Media’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast.

Kim On Not Speaking With Ex Kanye West For Right Months.

“We went off and on. You know, we went about eight months without even speaking to each other at the beginning of the divorce. And then we started talking again and I went to the Donda premiere,” she stated.

“I mean, he would still see the kids and stuff. Him and I just took a minute of not talking. And I think in relationships, it’ll be like that. I hope we, you know, are the co-parenting goals at the end of the day,” she continued. “I look back and my mom and dad went through their hard time and it took people a minute to readjust. And I’ve seen it all before, I think we just have a different kind of platform now. But you know, it doesn’t mean that maybe because he expressed himself in a certain way that he’s not an amazing person and amazing friend. I do believe that we’ll have that again. I’m always really hopeful.”

Kin Kardashian Claims The Former Couple Still “Have So Much Love For Each Other.”

“We really do. We’re always family, we’re always going to have so much love and we love our kids,” she added. “We both love the time we spent together. You know, I think that we’ll always have that and always cherish that. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out for whatever reasons, but no matter what, I always just think of like the positive times.”

“If you were in a situation and you were hurting and that was your way of expressing yourself, like I don’t judge,” she added, referencing West’s public outbursts about Kardashian’s relationship with boyfriend Pete Davidson. “We’re always going to be cool and family, even if it doesn’t look that way. Like, it’ll always end up that way. So everything will always be okay.”

“Right now, it’s good,” Kardashian stated of their current situation.

“When things are calm, we don’t really communicate. But I think that’s okay sometimes, you know,” she added. “And I think that we will. We always will. That’s just who I am. I spent a decade of my life with this person and I just have so much love for him. So that’ll never change, but it doesn’t mean that they’re the right one for you and that’s okay too.”

After nearly seven years of marriage, Kardashian has filed for divorce from West. While co-parenting their four children — North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2½,  the pair appeared to be on good terms at first, but as she became more serious with Davidson, 28, things deteriorated between them.

Kim Kardashian Claims She Had A Conversation With Pete Davidson Before Hosting 'SNL

Kim Kardashian Claims She Had A Conversation With Pete Davidson Before Hosting ‘SNL’

Kim Kardashian Claims She Had A Conversation With Pete Davidson Before Hosting ‘SNL.’

Kim Kardashian confessed she had been talking to her now-boyfriend Pete Davidson before making her “Saturday Night Live” debut.

During the inaugural episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” the reality star reveals that she decided to host the sketch comedy series and that when she met and bonded with the comedian at the Met Gala in September 2021, she sought him for advise.

“I ran into Pete Davidson at the Met and I was like, ‘I am so scared. I don’t know what I signed up for,’” she recalls of their chat. “And he’s like, ‘Can you read cue cards? You’re good. You’re good.”

Prior To Working With Pete Davidson On “SNL,” Kim Kardashian Had Been Texting Him.

On Oct. 9, Kardashian, 41, hosted the NBC show and starred in a skit with Davidson, 28, in which he played Aladdin and she played Jasmine, his character’s love interest.

The duo kissed in the sketch, which the founder of Skims just confessed was their first kiss on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” For Valentine’s Day, Davidson gave his now-girlfriend their costumes as well as the magic carpet from the episode.

“I mean, I am a, like, relationship kind of girl, for sure,” Kardashian said. “And I wouldn’t be with someone if I didn’t plan on spending a lot of my time with them. Obviously, I wanna take my time, but I’m very happy and very content, and it’s such a good feeling just to be at peace.”
