Kendrick Lamar Picks First Single In Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers’

Kendrick Lamar marked his return with Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers which was out a week ago today. With the highest sales week of the year, the album is already on track to debut at the top of the Billboard 200. Fans are still deconstructing the album and the varied meanings they find in individual tracks.

The album plays in the manner of a therapy session. While conceptual, there are some big records that will undoubtedly be getting played for months.

K.Dot and his label officially chose the first song from the album this week, and it may cause even more controversy for the Compton rapper. “Silent Hill” feat. Kodak Black will be on radio rotation on May 31st, according to Hip-Hop-N-More. The song has already gained traction on YouTube and TikTok. It will certainly become an unavoidable summer song once it gets to radio.

Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers include a lot of Kodak Black. He sings the beginning to “Worldwide Steppers” and “Rich (Interlude)” in addition to appearing on “Silent Hill.” Kendrick’s decision drew some criticism, but it doesn’t seem to be bothering him right now.

The rapper isn’t afraid to speak his mind on social media, no matter what the subject is. The Bill Israel rapper appeared to comment on a recently released video of Jada Pinkett Smith saying she never wanted to marry Will Smith on Sunday (April 10).

Jada Pinkett Smith made the remarks alongside former Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star Adrienne Banfield-Norris and Pinkett’s mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris on a 2018 episode of Red Table Talk. Kodak tells Pinkett she’s “out of pocket” in an Instagram Live video before hitting on her.

“You got a n-gga who love you, all kinds of shit,” Kodak said. “Come fuck with Kodak. That’s what you need ’cause you just on some bullshit. You don’t deserve Will Smith, you deserve Yak, you deserve me.”

He went on to say something about 2Pac, who has known Pinkett since high school. He said he “wasn’t all the way gangsta his whole life.” He also brought up how 2Pac “went to acting school, all kind of shit, dancing.”

Kodak Advices Will Smith

Kodak Black also gave some advice to Will Smith, who has had a rocky couple of weeks since slapping Chris Rock in the face during the 94th Annual Academy Awards on March 27.

“Go get yourself a young tenderoni,” he informed Smith. “Go get yourself some shit that’s about 18 years old. Get you some shit that’s about 22 [years old]. And fuck around adopt you a baby. Go ahead and get a whole ‘nother daughter.”

“Adopt you one who is going to praise you, gonna cherish you. Bitch, you supposed to be my daddy’s girl, bitch. You be supposed to be my daughter. Daughter supposed to love their daddy. That shit is crazy as fuck.”

Kodak Black’s Engineer Responds To Latto’s “Male Rapper Claims”

Kodak Black’s engineer has fired back at Latto for her male rapper claims. The headline of Latto’s claims went viral on social media. Latto claimed that one of the featured artists in her new all, “777” made sexual advances to her in her DM. 

Not long after the claim, Latto released the tracklist of “777”. Kodak Black responded to Latto’s claims and said he wasn’t the male rapper Latto was referring to. Now, Kodak Black’s engineer, Dyryk, took to Instagram to respond to Latto’s “Male Rapper Claims”.

“Let me fill you in on what this bullshit with @latto777 is all about,” Dyryk wrote. “She asked for a feature a while back. We charged her our normal rate and she wanted a swap. Since her verse won’t really do anything for us, we asked for a swap for our female artist and charged her substantially less. She declined and said she was going to not use the record. Out of the blue she decided to accept a higher fee and still not offer a swap for our artist. Talk Talk about empowering fellow female rapper.”

 

He added, “Now she’s on some bullshit that she was made uncomfortable And holding up your album? I know you’re not talking about us. You were on your diva shit when no one is getting in the car playing your records. You’re whole album had legal issues (I’m on the email chain) stop tryna pull this fictitious fueled empathy card for sales.

“You try to assassinate my brothers character, I’m gonna destroy yours. And that’s why she won’t say a name. She’s full of shit. She knows if she keeps things general and up for assumption she’s gonna get her pity party.”

Speaking further, Dyryk said “DM’s us non stop asking for a feature and then makes it seem like we’re pressed?” he said. “Ain’t gonna let you lie on us like that for sympathy. Everyone is always super friendly when it comes to asking for a verse. Just say you’re upset that we didn’t like you’re ‘Super Gremlin’ remix.”

Kodak Black’s response to Latto’s claims

Kodak Black had taken to Instagram prior to Dyryk’s comments to respond Latto’s claims. He said, “That bitch was not talking about me, period. Bitch ain’t got no kinda screenshot, no kinda nothing that say I was tryna text a bitch, or I was tryna get some pussy, or I was tryna be on any of that shit homie, any of that shit boy. And keep it Z homie, I been had that number years ago, I been hollering at that shit years ago before that shit was even popping like that. So kill that shit.

“Any bitch DMs I jump in they fire back, homie. I’m talking about viral bitches, like bitches with real money, bitches with way more money. What the fuck you talking about? I got bitches for real.”

Latto releases the tracklist for her new album “777“.

The rapper has announced earlier that his new album, “777” will be released on the 25th of March. Also, she unveils the official cover art for the album.  Now, the rapper has released the tracklist of her new album, “777”. Latto’s released a single, “Wheelie” recently. She also included the single in the new album tracklist. Latto featured 21 Savage in “Wheelie.”

As unveiled by Latto, the new album has 13 tracks with many guest appearances from leading rappers such as Kodak Black, Lil Wanye, Childish Gambino, Lil Durk, and Nardo Wick. 

Latto Challenge With Male Rapper

According to a recent interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood, Latto said one of the male feature rapper gave her a hard time as she refused to respond to a DM. She said, “Being a female rapper, I’m clearing my album right now. It’s been difficult to deal with these men. They don’t know how to keep it business. I don’t care, baby. I’ma just keep it 100. It’s a feature on my album. It was difficult to clear and they tryna drop they nuts on me because I won’t respond to a DM.

“Just because I love the song so much and I had to turn it in yesterday. So, I didn’t really have a choice. So, I was like backed into a corner, like bullied. I wish more females would speak up on stuff. I know the label they say, ‘Don’t do that. Bad business, or whatever.’ Man, these folks be trying to drop nuts on female rappers. I’m not gon’ shut up about that. “We tolerate too much. We think, like, oh, that just comes with the game of being a female rapper. No, it shouldn’t, though. That’s lame.”

Kodak Black Expects Another child From Another Woman. He is again set to father another child again. This is coming after almost one week he of welcoming a child with another woman. Black and Daijanae Ward, black’s baby mama to be, celebrated the pregnancy as they hold a party together  in Florida on Tuesday (February 22). 

 

Ward and Kodak sat on a blue and pink chairs respectively, as they watched the gender of their child revealed. The unborn child has been named Kapri already. A car tire burnout was used to discover the gender of the child. Kodak and Ward realized they will be having a baby girl because the car emitted pink smoke in the presence of friends and family. 

 

The rapper recently joined the #GirlDad club last month when his ex-girlfriend, Maranda Johnson (real estate agent), gave birth to a baby girl. Kodak was glad and took to Instagram to celebrate after the child’s birth. 

 

“( 1-20-21 ) I Was Released From Prison 2 Years Early & My Daughter Enter This World (1-21-22) It’s A Blessing,” he wrote on Instagram. “Queen Yuri Kapri Is Heaven Sent She Blessing Me She Has Every Lil Thing That I Was Missing … I’m Dam Near Perfect But She Is.”

Kodak Black who was shot recently didn’t have the chance to express himself last week at the Super Bowl week in Los Angeles. Black is back on the street after being discharged from the hospital following the gunshots to his leg.

Kodak will not stay low thinking about his bad moments. Rather, he took to the Instagram to express he would bless the first womom she knew, his mother.

Kodak Black Discharge From Hospital

Kodak Black has been released from the hospital after reportedly being shot when Justin Bieber’s concert ended.   Kodak Black was reportedly shot in a  Los Angeles restaurant where an afterparty for Justin Bieber’s concert took place. A video shared by TMZ showed Bill Kapri (a.k.a Kodak Black) where he was seen with a walker and helped into a black SUV by some unrecognized people. The video was taken outside Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. 

The Los Angeles Police Department press release about the incident revealed that a physical fight took place between some people. The press release didn’t ascertain the number of people involved in the fight..The fight occurred outside The Nice Guy.  Shortly after the fight, gunshots were heard in the early hours of Saturday, at about 2:45 a.m. local time. 

The victims’ names were not released. However, the police told The Hollywood Reporter that multiple rounds were fired. A teenage boy, aged 19, and the other two men, aged 24 and 60 years respectively, were gunned down. 

Later, it was discovered that Kodak Black was part of the victim. Bieber, Drake, Khloé Kardashian, and Tobey Maguire were reportedly seen going towards The Nice Guy before the shooting began.

However, the video of people thinking he was doing this was enough to convince everyone on social media.

He also involved John Wall and posted a screenshot of the injured player entering his DMs.

While Brewer portrays Yak as her ex-husband, she is also linked to rapper Mellow Rackz, to whom she is engaged, and real estate agent Maranda Johnson, who is pregnant with his child.

It’s safe to say that Kodak is a dog.
