Pooh Shiesty Inspired Masks Have Been Banned From The Store

Pooh Shiesty pleaded guilty in federal court earlier this week to conspiracy to possess a firearm for other violent crimes and drug trafficking.

If convicted, he risks being sentenced to eight years in prison for a drug and sneaker deal.

So we won’t see Pooh Shiesty for a while.

Pooh Shiesty Won’t Be Sentenced To Life In Prison After Pleading Guilty To Charge Related To Shooting

Pooh Shiesty pleaded guilty yesterday in federal court to conspiring to possess a firearm to promote violent and drug-related crimes.

The bad news is that this is a serious crime.

The good news is that since he pleaded guilty – he has removed the option of life imprisonment.

Most prosecutors will recommend 97 months, or eight years if Pooh Shiesty is convicted later this year.

The judge can ignore the recommendation and give it more time

In 2020, Pooh Shiesty was involved in a shootout in a hotel parking lot in Bar Harbor, Florida and was charged with shooting a man.

The FBI filmed the shooting as he escaped the scene.

It looks like it will eventually take him about eight years.

Pooh Shiesty Changes Plea From Not Guilty To Guilty THEURBANSPOTLIGHT.COM

Pooh Shiesty Changes Plea From Not Guilty To Guilty

According to news, the “Back In Blood” rapper whose real name is Lontrell Williams has changed his not-guilty plea to guilty in relation to his 2020 shooting case. Pooh Shiesty is accused of shooting a man in the rear end at a hotel last year during a sneaker sale, and will likely accept a plea bargain after asking that a judge modify his original guilty plea on Thursday. Bradford Cohen, Pooh’s defense attorney, said to media:

“We’re entered into plea negotiations because there have been developments in the case that I think changed the dynamics of the case.”

The trial of Pooh Shiesty was originally scheduled to begin on Monday, but with the change in plea, the jury that was going to deliberate the case has been canceled from the court’s schedule. That isn’t the only significant shift in the case; Pooh Shiesty’s entire criminal history, including crimes committed when he was 11 years old, is being attempted by federal authorities at his robbery trial.

But Pooh Shiesty’s lawyers are fighting back, asking the court to prohibit prosecutors from referencing his robbery case when he was 11 and an assault charge when he was just 14.

Shiesty’s prior felonies, according to the charges, offer “opportunity, intent, knowledge, or absence of mistake.” it is claimed. However, Shiesty’s lawyer argued that:

“These actions have no direct nexus to Lontrell Williams other than in speculation. The last incident occurs while Lontrell Williams is in custody.”

If Pooh Shiesty is convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
