Bobby Shmurda has shed light on how his celibacy journey is progressing with some helps from R Kelly.

The “Shmoney” rapper posted a video on Instagram explaning the pros and cons of to staying Celibacy. As the 28 year old explained, refraining from sex frees up more time and energy to make money, but that never ending grind can sometimes get lonely sing along to the Sultry song while gyrating his hips.

In his caption, Bobby revealed he’s just a week into his vow of celibacy and he has a long journey ahead of him. “Hey, seven days of celibacy 83 days left,” he wrote.

“So, the pros and cons of celibacy, you get more money, you stack way more money but, you know, it’s lonely at night,” Bobby said. “It’s hard, it’s very hard what I’m doing right now. I’m going through this celibacy, but you know sometimes, what’s that?”

R Kelly’s “Bump n Grind” then began playing through the car speakers in the background, prompting Shmurda to enthusiastically sing along to the Sultry song while gyrating his lips.

In his caption, Bobby revealed he’s just a week into his vow of celibacy and has a long journey ahead of him. “Hey, seven days of celibacy 83 days left,” he wrote. 

This isn’t the first time Bobby Shmurda has hinted at refraining from sexual intercourse. In November 2021, the rapper admitted the amount of sex he was having had become an issue and he needed therapy.

“I need sex therapy #Badd,” he wrote on Twitter, “I need to be stopped lol frfr tho on the set.”

Then, in April, Bobby revealed he was taking a six month break from sex after implying a girl’s tongue piercing has caused injury to his penis.

“Had the worst day ever,” he tweeted at the time. “not having sex for 6 months. New rule I am no longer talking girls with tongue rings.”

While playing a recently leaked album  from the disgraced singer, Boosie Badazz shared two videos in which he referred to R.kelly ‘best to ever do it.’

On Friday, December 9, the rapper from Baton Rouge uploaded two distinct videos to Instagram in which he could be seen dancing to songs from the recently released R Kelly album ‘I admit it.’

In the first the album’s three title video, “I confess it,” R Kelly can be seen bobbing his head and grinning as he describe a conversation with Wendy Williams.

“She said, What about Aaliyah, I said Love, She said, What about the tape, I said, Hush I said, My Lawyers said don’t say nothing but I tell you that I have been set up,” R Kelly sings on the track, which was previously released to SoundCloud in 2018.

Boosie’s caption matched the enthusiasm he shared in the video. “R Kelly Talking That Shiii,” he wrote. “The best to ever do it, you better go listen to the album, Number 1 fan- Boosie Badazz.”

A few minutes later, Boosie Badazz returned to his Instagram page with another clip, this time listening to R Kelly sing the first few lines of song titled “Planet” which sounds like a play on Marvin Gaye’s classic “inner city blues (make me wanna holler).”

While R. Kelly remains in prison, ‘I admit it’ hit streaming platforms in the early hours on Friday morning, marking what would have been the singer’s first album in over six years.

Streaming services listed I admit it as been released through Legacy Recordings, a division of Sony Music specializing in new releases by legacy acts like Michael Jackson, Dolly Parton and Elvis Presley. Legacy is also the label home for reissues by Sony’s current and past roster of artists.

Hours after the project’s release, Sony informed TMZ that I Admit It was not an authorized release. The label indicates they were still trying to determine who released the new album and how.

Within one hour of TMZ’s update, I Admit It had seemingly been removed from major streaming platforms Including Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube Music.

Boosie Badazz has voiced his support for R Kelly on multiple occasions in the past, most recently following his 2021 conviction on sex trafficking and racketeering charges leading to the 30years Prison sentence Kelly is currently serving.

“People are getting 15/20 years for murder and he get 30!!” Boosie tweeted after the sentence was announced. “Yes he was wrong for manipulating young girls and sexing them but he didn’t kill anyone, aggravated rape anyone. no blame on the parents who knew everything. Resentence this man!! College professors get probation for this shit.

R.Kelly has informed a judge in Chicago that he would not testify in his ongoing trial for a number of alleged child sex assaults.

The disgraced R&B artist announced last Thursday (September 1) that he would not be willing to testify for himself in his federal court case about charges of coercing kids into sex and receiving and manufacturing child pornography.

In connection with claims that R.Kelly rigged his 2008 state trial for child pornography with the aid of his business manager and co-defendant Derrel McDavid, he is also facing an obstruction of justice charge.

R.Kelly was found guilty in September 2021 on nine counts of various racketeering and sex trafficking charges, and on June 29 U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly sentenced him to 30 years in prison. The Chicago Tribune published the most recent legal development, which includes testimony from two accusers who assert that the R&B singer videotaped them engaging in sex while they were minors.

The first witness today (August 29) was a 37-year-old woman using the alias “Pauline” to give her testimony. Around the age of 14, Pauline went looking for her friend at the singer’s home and discovered Jane “naked, kneeling in front of Kelly.” Pauline and Jane were supposedly best friends.

Pauline claimed that despite the drama, she still feels love and affection for her accused abuser. “I loved him and I still love him. In a weird way, I know you might judge me, but it’s like best friend meets boyfriend meets dad.”

R.Kelly will finally receive his sentence in court today after evading accusations of sexual abuse for years. The troubled musician is scheduled to appear before the judge who will sentence him in his sex trafficking and racketeering case. During a federal trial in Brooklyn in 2021, the artist was convicted guilty of enticing women and girls for sex.

Using his “fame, money, and influence” to “prey upon children and young women for his own sexual enjoyment,” the prosecutors on the case are asking for a 25-year prison term, according to a filing. Kelly’s legal team, meanwhile, has argued that the singer should be given a maximum 10-year prison term because of “experienced a traumatic childhood involving severe, prolonged childhood sexual abuse, poverty, and violence” that contributed to his “hypersexual” behavior.

“His victimization continued into adulthood where, because of his literacy deficiencies, the defendant has been repeatedly defrauded and financially abused, often by the people he paid to protect him,” his legal team stated.

The singer is a “musical genius,” according to the unsealed document from Kelly’s attorney Jennifer Bonjean “rich and complicated story that is highly relevant to this Court’s goal of fashioning an appropriate sentence for him.”

“First, the defendant continues to avoid any acknowledgment of the seriousness of his conduct or the harm that he caused, further supporting the government’s contention that the defendant has shown no acceptance of responsibility and is unlikely to be deterred from committing future crimes,” Elizabeth Geddes, an assistant US attorney, penned a report for Insider. “Second, in his submission, the defendant perpetuates his version of events in a manner that is flagrantly false and contrary to the evidence adduced at trial.”

Kelly has been imprisoned without being granted bail since he was charged with a number of offenses in 2019. He is still under investigation in Chicago for obstructing justice and child pornography. On August 15th, the trial is scheduled to start.

R. Kelly will find out his fate on June 29. He has another trial in Chicago coming up soon, and sources claim that while incarcerated, the singer has made acquaintances on the inside, including the shooter who wreaked havoc on a New York City subway a few months ago.

Porsha claim she was lured into his bedroom and she was left there for hours. Allegedly, when Kelly finally arrived, he told her to take off her clothes. “I’ve already put myself in this position,” Porsha remarked about the situation.

Porsha goes into further detail about the event in her new memoir “The Pursuit of Porsha”, which comes out on Nov. 30.

She didn’t offer additional information about the alleged incident, but she said she had discuss her own experience with authorities.
