Rihanna Registers “Fenty Hair” As A Trademark

According to fresh rumors obtained by The Shade Room, music icon Rihanna’s beauty line, Fenty, might be exploring new markets. Apparently authentic trademark paperwork from Fenty for the licensing of “Fenty Hair” was shared on The Shade Room’s Instagram feed. Wigs, curlers, hairbrushes, and accessories are among the products listed on the paper.

Rihanna introduced Fenty Beauty in September 2017, but it hasn’t yet entered the hair industry. Since its debut, Fenty has dominated the lingerie and makeup industries. The brand is well known for its inclusion of body-positive models and wide range of accurate skin tones for POC. After Kanye West, whose estimated net worth is $6.6 billion, Forbes estimates that the brand is worth $2.8 billion, with Rihanna owning 50% of it. This makes Rihanna the second-wealthiest musician in the world.

Rihanna is one of the most well-known musicians in the world despite her incredible success in the cosmetics sector. The Barbados-based singer has consistently teased that she will be releasing new music at some time despite the fact that her most recent album, Anti, was published in 2016. Since its 2016 release, Anti has amassed over 600,000 sales and 1.4 billion streams, making it both a critical and commercial success.

In addition to her achievements in business, Rihanna gave birth to her first child, a boy, in May with fellow music icon A$AP Rocky.

Rihanna Spotted At Wireless Music Festival In London

After giving birth to a newborn boy in May, Rihanna has been enjoying spending time with him over the past month. However, this weekend, she chose to take a break from being a mother and join A$AP Rocky at London’s Wireless Festival.

During her boo’s performance on Friday (July 1), RiRi was seen navigating the crowd. In the brief video, which featured her donning a black oversized bomber jacket, the Fenty Beauty creator could be seen acting visibly agitated over something.

Rocky opened night one at Crystal Palace, with Chris Brown, Don Toliver, Lil Uzi Vert, BIA, Fivio Foreign, and others performing before him. The rest of the weekend will feature headlining performances from Tyler, The Creator and J. Cole.

The A$AP Mob boss will continue his summer festival tour until he makes a trip back to New York City to perform at Rolling Loud NYC in September.

The Harlem native has kept teasing music on social media, but it’s unclear when his new album will be released. The year’s first solo song from Rocky, “DMB,” a tribute to the mother of his first kid, was released in May.

Asap Rocky is a fantasist. Growing up in Harlem, even the greatest authors couldn’t write his life tale. As the 33-year-old welcomed a child with Rihanna earlier this month. On Monday (May 30), the Mob boss sat down for his first fatherhood interview with Dazed, in which he shared some of his hopes for his child.

Rocky hopes their baby boy never loses his imagination, despite the generational wealth advantages they will enjoy. He revealed that he still enjoys shows such as Teletubbies and the Nickelodeon classic Blue’s Clues.

“I will always remind my children to never lose their imagination, even as adults, no matter what,” he said. “I actually love to watch cartoons I’ve watched like, Teletubbies, Blue’s Clues, Yo Gabba Gabba, Peppa Pig and Baby Shark.”

“I hope to raise open-minded children. Not people who discriminate. And I’m not trying to describe a saint, but realistically, I just want a cool child with cool parents.”

Asap Rocky Pays Tribute To Virgil Abloh

Rocky continued the subject of innovation and design by paying tribute to late Louis Vuitton artistic director Virgil Abloh and saluting him for all of the inspiration he provided to Black creatives. Long.Live, Virgil’s 2013 album, had artwork made by Virgil. A$AP.

“Virgil was an oracle for a lot of us Black kids and young creatives,” he added. “Even if you take ethnicity or nationality out of it, he influenced so much culture, whether hip hop, fashion or Louis Vuitton. You can’t really distinguish streetwear from high fashion at this point.”

In terms of his next album, the “Fashion Killa” rapper clarified that it will not be titled All Smiles.

“One thing I can tell you is that the name isn’t gonna be All Smiles – you know, I never publicly said that my album was called All Smiles,” Rocky debunked. “That one is more of a concept project, it’s music and more. I’m wrapping up the new album now; I’ve been shooting so many visuals for it.”

“I don’t want to be cliche or sound like a salesman, but I’ve pushed myself to the limit on everything. Going from that industrial, subversive sound from Testing and then graduating with a more polished sound… I just like where it is.”

Rihanna Donates $15 million To Environmental Justice Organizations From Her Foundation

Rihanna, a Barbados native, is well-known for her songs. However, she’s also utilizing her position to assist address the effects of global warming, which disproportionately affect island populations and people of color.

The Clara Lionel Foundation, founded by Rihanna, is donating $15 million to organizations like the Black Feminist Fund, the Indigenous Environmental Network, and the Caribbean Climate Justice Project.

Senior director Fiona Korwin-Pawlowski works for the foundation. However, she claims that environmental justice organizations led by Black, Indigenous, and people of color have received only a small percentage of funding from major U.S. foundations.

“Our work in the climate justice space … is really in response to this gap,” she stated.

One of the foundation’s goals, she says, is to assist the Caribbean become more adaptable to more harsh weather.

“In areas like the Caribbean that are hit frequently by storms, there’s so much philanthropic support that follows climate-related emergencies like hurricanes,” Korwin-Pawlowski stated. “But we found that there’s a gap as far as long-term and preparedness funding.”

To help change this, the foundation is providing unlimited funding to grassroots organizations that know best what their communities require.

In late January, Rihanna and Rocky revealed that they were having a child together with a series of prenatal images shot in New York City. Rihanna hasn’t been shy about flaunting her baby bump in public since then.

Rocky appears unconcerned about his desire to start a family. “I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad,” he told GQ in a cover interview released May 19. “I would have a very fly child. Very.” He has no doubt that the mother of the aforementioned fly child is “the One.”

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have become parents for the first time. Rihanna has given birth to her first child, according to TMZ. Rihanna gave birth to a baby boy on May 13th, according to official records. The name of their child, however, the name is unknown yet. Neither Rihanna nor A$AP Rocky have made any public announcements about their child’s birth. But it’s safe to say that parenthood is already keeping them busy.

On Sunday night, TMZ recorded the “WAP” singer exiting Carbone in New York City with her baby, Kulture, and her husband. The entire family dressed up in neon Balenciaga, and the 29-year-old didn’t hesitate to flaunt her dazzling new gift.

Cardi’s recent comments on social media about getting tired of stardom were the subject of the photographer’s first question.  “How do you feel tonight? Because we don’t want you to go away, we love Cardi!” they questioned. “Tonight, I feel good!” she confirmed, her normal cheerful tone in her voice.

She was then asked about her thoughts on the possibility of Roe vs. Wade getting overturned. Though she stated that she would need to have a “deep discussion” about all of her feelings on the subject.

Finally, the mother of two got questioned if she has any advice for Rihanna, who is expecting her first child with A$AP Rocky soon.

“It comes so naturally,” Cardi assured the 34-year-old. “[Motherhood] really comes naturally. Like, so many people give you advice, but like, once it’s there, that mother instinct comes out.”

A$AP Rocky is going to be the next guest at Drink Champs podcast’s according to N.O.R.E. Rocky’s participation follows the release of his long-awaited single “D.M.B.”

Rocky addresses directing the new video, Travis Scott mimicking his style, his connection with Rihanna, and the news that he’ll soon be a parent in a preview clip for the interview shared by N.O.R.E on Monday. Rocky is also quizzed about Kanye West saying that he dresses better than the New York rapper.

“LORD FLACKO @ASVPxRocky on @DrinkChamps this week to receive his flowers,” he said in a tweet.

Rocky and Rihanna wander across New York City in the video for “D.M.B.” Rocky displays a grill with the phrases “Marry Me” at one point, while Rihanna displays a grill with the words “I Do.” The couple is not officially married, according to TMZ.

“I don’t beat my bitch, I need my bitch,” Rocky raps on the track, criticizing Chris Brown.

Rocky is  working on his second album, ALL $MILES. Rocky’s first studio album since Testing was out in 2018.

Chris Brown, a father of three, wrote a touching message for his children’s mothers. Nia Guzman, Ammika Harris, and Diamond Brown were all recognized in the singer’s collage. However, he posted the photo which shows all three women with their children, by writing, “Happy [Mother’s] Day. I love my tribe.”

Chris’ oldest child, Royalty Brown, is Nia’s mother (7). Aeko Brown was born to Ammika Harris (2). Lovely Brown, Diamon Brown’s youngest child, was born (four months). But the singer has always brags about his kids on social media and appears to be highly involved in their life.

Given their rocky history, it’s encouraging to see the 33-year-old getting along with his baby mother. Although the musician got accused of not paying child support for his first kid years ago. He and Nia were arguing about it on social media at the time.

In recent news, it appears that A$AP Rocky shaded him in his recent single. A$AP rapped, “I don’t beat my b*tch. I need my b*tch.” Given his violent altercation with Rihanna, many assumed he was aiming bullets at CB. Another clue was that the song was out on Chris’ birthday, May 5.
