Tay Keith talked about how he budgets every single project he released during an interview session with Wallo and Gillie Da Kid. The rapper said “I’d I’m um basically in a situation where I got a sing card and I want to release the sung or whatever, I want to send at the radio, or I want to do mug and all this shit right? It might be a hundred thousand dollars in the labor budget and you you break it down. You say oh, this is going here, that’s going here, that’s going here?”

Tay Keith continued, “You might meet particularly you might want to go in a situation where I look. I’m gonna put my own extra little money so I can push it this way I can do thG , you know what I’m saying? That’s how you do it bro! If you getting that money you ain’t you ain’t doing shit with it. You fucking off. You feel you going to buy in college, you’re all this shit. We all do it that’s cool but you also gotta under you got to put the money behind the music too that’s what that’s what got you paid in the first place.”
