Chris Brown Accuser’s Attorney Withdraws From Sexual Assault Case Against Brown
Chris Brown was charged with sexual assault. The accuser’s attorney has withdrawn from the case and explicit messages leaked to the public. The attorney withdrew from the case in less than 24 hours the explicit messages sent by the accuser leaked. According to a TMZ report, the attorney, Ariel Mitchell said her client failed to tell her the messages she sent to Chris Brown when she filed a lawsuit against him.
When leaked messages were published on Radar Online, Brown took to his Instagram and posted an old voicemail the accuser sent to him. In the voicemail, she said, “I just want to see you again … just let me know. If you want me to leave you alone, I will. But I really just wanna fuck the shit again.”
Next, he wrote on his Instagram story, “No more dragging me through the mud. CLEARLY YOU CAN ALL SEE THE [blue cap emoji]. Now let’s see if the media will keep that same energy they had trying to destroy me, to run the real story. Me and my team are taking legal action on this situation. You don’t play with people’s lives like that.”
The accuser filed a lawsuit against Brown for sexual assault claiming that Brown drugged and raped her in 2020 on a yacht at Diggy’s home.
