DaBaby Home’s Shooting: An Intruder Is Reportedly Shot At The Rapper’s Home.

DaBaby has a home in North Carolina. The new about the house began spreading, claiming that a shooting incident occurred on Wednesday evening (April 13), at 7:45 p.m.

The Troutman Police Department in North Carolina released a statement, but did not name DaBaby.

“Officers arrived on the scene where they found one subject suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound,” the press release stated. “The subject was transported by Iredell County EMS to a medical facility for treatment.” 

“Due to the ongoing nature of this investigation, no information as to the names of those involved or the circumstances can be released at this time,” it added. “This is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the community at large.”

While the Troutman Police Department refused to name identities, Iredell Firewire360, a local news organization, claimed to have more information.

An alleged trespasser on DaBaby’s house is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

“A call came into Iredell County 911 reporting that a subject had been shot on the property of rapper Jonathan ‘DaBaby’ Kirk,” they stated. The shooting took place “near the football field on the property.”

They further allege that the injured person “trespassed onto the property” and was obtaining medical treatment for a “non-life-threatening wound to the lower extremity.”

They also go into depth about the “tense 911 conversation,” which included the caller refusing to secure his firearm when told to do so because he was afraid of further invaders. The shooter’s and victim’s identities are still unknown, and DaBaby is yet to comment.
