Chief Keef undoubtedly had a significant influence on the development of drill music from Chicago to a global level. Due largely to the reclusive rapper’s impact on Hip Hop culture, the Windy City has emerged as the mecca for artists utilizing Drill. When he listed his top 4 most influential rappers of all time last month, Charlamagne talked about this.

The radio host and podcaster mentioned Jay-Z, Tupac Shakur, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne, among others.Charlamagne resisted the addition of Chief Keef’s name to that list.

He acknowledged that Keef had an international impact, but he didn’t think the rapper deserved to be in the Top 4. This raised a lot of controversy, especially among Chicago-based artists. G.
