Orlando Rapper Glokk9 Sentenced To More Than 7 Years In Prison
Orlando rapper Glokk9 has been sentenced to more than seven years in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of assault.
He pleaded guilty to three counts in July, including possession of an unregistered firearm, using someone else’s identity and felony on parole.
According to court documents, Smith will serve 87 months in federal prison, three years of supervised release and drug treatment. He was also fined $10,416 in damages.
The rapper remains charged with fraud in state court, where the trial against him is scheduled to begin in March 2022. He is also charged with first degree murder. Second year.
He reportedly opened fire on a house in Orlando in July when a woman was in the house with her children. No one was hurt. He allegedly targeted another rapper. A witness told detectives, “Glokk9 wants to be Orlando’s only rapper.”
He was then the target of a shootout between a rival gang outside the food court at Millenia Mall.
