Rolls -Royce Boat Tail belongs to Jay Z and Beyoncé

Jay – Z on June 2019 was announced to be the first hip hop artist to be a billionaire. Since then, his wealth has been increasing and he has been making new deals and investments every now and then. Beyonce on the other hand is estimated to be worth 500 million dollars. Jay-Z and Beyonce have been in the waves for long for buying expensive things and living an extravagant life. However, this time round they have shocked the world for buying the world most expensive car, Rolls-Royce Boat Tail. This might be the most expensive purchase a black couple has ever made.

     Only three pieces of this model have been made. The car is almost 6 meters in length. It took four good years for the car to be made. This is because it was entirely built with hands. It is a four-seater car that was made under the luxury car brand program known as Rolls-Royce coachbuild program. This program helps the buyer to communicate direct to the designer and allow for customization to the desired specifications. Colors, interior touches, and special requests are all unique to each vehicle. Those who already possess customized Rolls-Royce coaches may be familiar with details like a picnic set and a double fridge for holding some bottles of champagne or wine at a chill temperature of 6 degrees Celsius. The picnic set opens up on the rear dashes like a butterfly by a push of a button. The Boat Tail was inspired by J- Class Yachts. It is a modification of the original 1932 Rolls – Royce Boat Tail.

      The car also has a fascinating feature where a Bovet 1822 watch is attached to the dashboard but you have an option of removing it and wear it on your wrist. It also has some umbrellas that are hidden in the door panels to protect you incase it rains. The car has a 6.75 liter, twin turbo V12 engine. These engine features are also present in Phantom and Cullinan.

         The couple chose the color of the Boat Tail to be blue. Who knows? Maybe the reason behind this is because it matches with the name of their daughter Blue Ivy. The car is rumored to be worth 28 million dollars. This is a small figure to the Carters given that the rapper sold half of his stake in his Champagne brand Armand de Brignac to Moet Hennessy early in February.
