Kevin Gates Defends “Super General” Lyrics About Beyoncé That Are Sexually Explicit

Over the course of a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Kevin Gates persisted in defending his explicit “Super General” freestyle. Gates raps about having sex fantasies with Beyoncé in the song, going into explicit detail.

Regarding the song, Gates clarified that he does not intend to offend Jay-Z, to whom the former member of Destiny’s Child is married.

“I’m sitting in a trap out around the monsters,” he reflected. “Just looking at TV… saying ‘Man, I swear to God.’ When I said that, everybody feel like that. They just scared of saying it. I ain’t scared to say it.”

“If somebody said that about your lady, your queen?” Turning the focus back to Gates, DJ Envy questioned.

Gates replied: “You’re supposed to. That will feel good. You supposed to fantasize about what I got. Even your dreams every night, [you know] yeah, I’m punching [expletive] her living your dreams. I don’t want nothing that don’t nobody else want.”

Gates even claims in the song’s lyrics that he doesn’t intend to be disrespectful to Jay-Z: “Ain’t no disrespect to Jigga, met through Nipsey, that’s my n***a/ Don’t know if they into swingin’, Beyoncé need to let me hit her/Make her p##s all over this d##k, respectfully, her body shiver.”

The City Girls’ upcoming album may have fans waiting, but the Miami duo doesn’t lack for material until the release of the project. With the release of Caresha Please, Yung Miami entered the podcast industry with Diddy. The rapper from City Girls opened the season with a record-breaking episode.

In the second episode of the podcast series, Kevin Gates, who recently released the album Khaza, joins Miami as a special guest. There won’t be many talks centered upon music, if the trailer is any clue. Revolt released a teaser for the film, with Miami posing the following query: “Are you ready for the smoke?”

“I don’t want no smoke but I ain’t turnin’ nothin’ down,” he states this in the video before answering Miami’s question regarding Gates’ relationship with his cousin. The rapper claimed that he was related to the woman he was sleeping with after learning this from a family, yet he yelled, “I ain’t ’bout to stop!”

Miami also inquires about foreplay and whether Gates is recording his weird side after watching the minute-long tape. When Miami asks to see Gates’ tongue following his explicit description of eating booty, the Louisiana rapper replies, “When?”

Chris Brown's "Breezy" First Week Sales Forecasts Out

Chris Brown’s “Breezy” First Week Sales Forecasts Out

Chris Brown’s fans are pleased to see the father of three make a bold return with his 23-track, feature-heavy Breezy album after a protracted absence from music release.

The album’s lead songs included “Iffy,” “WE (Warm Embrace),” for which the R&B artist enlisted Normani to sensually dance with him in the music video, and “Call Me Every Day,” which also featured WizKid. The project was out at midnight on Friday.

The recently released first week sales projections from Brown’s tenth studio album show that it’s unlikely to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 despite the praise it has received thus far (especially from Tory Lanez, who sings on “Bad Then A Beach” and claims that Breezy is about to “f*ck the whole summer up”).

A surge in Bad Bunny streams, new releases from Lil Durk (the Chicago native dropped off the deluxe cut of his 7220 project this weekend), and country singer Luke Combs will likely place the Virginia native, who is expected to sell 60K–70K copies in the coming days, in the top 10, but we won’t know for sure until next week.

The estimates for Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind (210K-230K), Kevin Gates’ much awaited Khaza album, and Logic’s comeback with Vinyl Days were all interesting last weekend.

The latter two were closely contested, but many have remarked that even for well-known musicians like these, sales have steadily declined in recent years. For instance, Breezy’s previous release, Indigo, sold 108K units in its first week of release back in 2019; this is significantly more than what he’s doing now.

Kevin Gates And Dreka Gates Seen Together With Their Children

Kevin Gates And Dreka Gates Seen Together With Their Children

Kevin Gates and his wife Dreka have recently been the subject of a lot of public commentary. The rapper’s skills helped the Hip Hop pair become well-known, and they frequently used social media to broadcast aspects of their private lives to the world. The Gates’ unique relationship was well-known, and they had no qualms with discussing it in public, but after Kevin Gates was sighted with Love & Hip Hop Miami’s Jojo Zarur, rumors started to circulate.

People started spreading all kinds of rumors about the Gates’ apparent breakup on the internet, and the rapper himself appeared to acknowledge there was trouble in paradise when he made a song about his wife reference.

Gates continued to appear on social media with Zarur in the interim, but as of today (June 23), videos of Kevin and Dreka Gates and their kids hosting a meet-and-greet for his most recent album, Khaza, have appeared online.

Whether Dreka still serves as her husband’s agent for bookings is unknown, but they were happy to be there with their kids at their sides. The intrigue in their connection has only increased as a result of this sighting, but Dreka is keeping her feelings private.

Kevin Gates “Super General” Freestyle Raises Strong Debate From Fans

Kevin Gates and  longtime partner Dreka, has apparently split up with him. This separation follows several allegations that Gates cheated on Dreka with a slew of women. Dreka was there for Gates when he was in prison, and her unfaithfulness is the ultimate betrayal in her view.

Gates chose to release a brand new freestyle called “Super General” in the midst of becoming a single man. He expresses his desire to perform sexual actions with Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, and even Rubi Rose in this song, which contains some really filthy lyrics.

Gates tried to portray himself in a positive way throughout this song in regards to the Dreka incident, but as you can see from the comments, fans were not having it. One supporter, for example, stated: “Kevin Gates admitted to cheating on Dreka with Renni Rucci and Brittany Renner in Super Gremlin. Prime example on how men don’t want good women, they want hoes.” Another offered some similar sentiments, saying “Fuck that lori Harvey and Michael b Jordan situation you telling me Kevin gates lefted a sista/ a ride to die for a plastic doll aint no way bra ain’t no way yall tripping leaving a black woman for a bleach bottles.”

People were definitely hating on Gates, and the song didn’t help matters, with some memes implying that the lyrics were a little too extra for their liking. In any case, it appears like Dreka has a lot of social media support right now.

Kevin Gates – Why I Won’t Pass Out Turkeys To Less Fortunate On Thanksgiving

In a recent video, Kevin Gates discusses his reason why he won’t be passing out turkeys to the less fortunate on Thanksgiving.

Giving turkeys to the less fortunate at Thanksgiving is a trend that most rappers post on Instagram. Not sure who started this tradition but, as we’ve seen multiple times, there are rappers who do it every year and there are some that don’t.

Kevin Gates is probably one of the biggest rappers not to pass out turkeys on Thanksgiving, a tradition a lot of rappers have been doing over the last few years.

The rapper explained that if he goes out there and pass out a bunch of uncooked turkeys, where are these people gonna cook the turkey? He then smiled!

No one knows if Gates plans to cook the turkeys himself. 😂😂

This year, we didn’t really see that many “passing out turkeys” posts or videos.

However, Gates is unconcerned with these trends.

On Turkey Day, he explained why he doesn’t distribute turkeys when someone inquired as to why not. See video below:

“A muthaf*cka just asked me why I wasn’t passing out turkeys. Let’s think logically, if I go out there and pass out a bunch of uncooked turkeys, where are they gonna cook ’em? I’ll wait,” Gates, and then smiled because he knows he got you.

Do you think Gates is correct?
