A lady recently held Usher hostage during his show. The lady reveals she has been waiting many years for the opportunity to come. 

You remember that Keke Palmer’s boyfriend, shamed her for her ‘Booty Cheeks’ at Usher show.

He tweeted, “It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom.” 

After facing backlash, he wrote again, “We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is. This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.”

Responding to her boyfriend’s post, Keke Palmer said, “Not tryna be the person but… I love my man.(PERIODT!).” 

She added, “I wish I had taken more pictures but we were running late! I am telling y’all right now, if you haven’t seen @usher YOU MUST GO!! HE WAS SO FABULOUS!! Giving theater, Atlanta downnn, tips and tricks and just absolutely iconic.”

“I was truly inspired as a performer. I whooped some ass in spades too! Where is that pic of us all together with the King himself?”

Usher says being an R&B star is not a priority to him. He featured on The Shade Room interview where he said it is too shallow for him to call himself the king of R&B. 

The Host said “And you your catalogue is crazy.  You marked your place in this in this move. Are you the king of R&B?  Just yes or no.” 

Usher answered “I mean I can’t answer that type of question. I’m a king of something. At least my sonts. No but I feel like you know if I can find myself to just being a king of harambee that will be too shortsighted. I love R&B. R&B is a sequel to too many many many many things. Like you know I love R&B and if people have given me that title of someone you know that has consistently done done what I have done I will take it. But it’s so much more than just you know just been that.”

Don’t forget that Usher and Chris recently allegedly engaged in a fight. A post on TMZ showed the two RnB rappers in a good spirit. During an interview with the Big Boy, Usher said “Me and Chris would kill the world if we ever did something together like that. I’m not saying it’s Verzuz, but I’ma just say this, if that ever happens it would be one of the biggest things that anybody has ever experienced in entertainment in celebration of two people who love each other.”

Usher Displays His Vocal Techniques Before His Vegas Show

Tiny Desk’s performance earlier this year gave rise to a number of memes, gifs, and discussions regarding the health of R&B. The Grammy Award-winning vocalist has established himself as one of the best performers of rhythm and blues ever with more than two decades in the business. So much so that, in response to Diddy’s “R&B is dead” campaign, he defended his beloved genre, labeling the Bad Boy executive’s remarks as “crazy.” The singer said, “When I do hear folks, including Puff claiming ‘R&B is dead,’ he sounds nuts to me.” the singer share.”Knowing that he was a pioneer in recognizing it and benefiting from it, you know, makes it sound insane. You know, Hip Hop received its lifeblood from R&B, which is the genesis of the genre.” 

Fans have attempted to compare Usher to other legendary rhythm and blues performers like Chris Brown because he is one of the R&B monarchs.

Usher gave fans a peek at his vocal warm-up routine, and it goes without saying that he hit every note perfectly, prior to his Vegas Residency show on Monday. The star’s residency in Las Vegas has become the most sought-after attraction in town. Usher recently performed his 1993 single “Can We Talk” with iconic R&B artist Tevin Campbell, and the audience went wild.
