Third Suspect Arrested For The Murder Of Young Dolph
The search for Young Dolph’s killers has made significant progress this week. As recently as yesterday, two of the suspects were arrested in Indiana and Memphis, respectively. Today, a third is in police custody.
Fox News 13 reports that Shundale Barnett was arrested today by authorities in Indiana. He is suspected of being involved in a murder. Shundale was in the passenger seat yesterday when Justin Johnson, the first suspect, was arrested.
It is clear that Barnett helped Johnson escape the Indiana police. The two are currently being held in separate prisons pending their extradition to Memphis, where Dolph was murdered.
The second suspect arrested yesterday, Cornelius Smith, has been taken into custody by the Shelby County Police Department, where the city of Memphis is located. Smith and Johnson previously hired a lawyer that helped Blac Youngsta avoid jail in 2017 when he shot Young Dolph’s car.
United States Marshals announced that Barnett would face charges of aiding first degree murder, attempted first degree murder and theft of property between $10,000 and $60,000. Stay tuned for more news.
