Twitter Labels Kylie Jenner A “Climate Criminal” After Her 12-Minute Private Jet Flight

Although the majority of recent news about Kylie Jenner has been favorable regarding her family with Travis Scott. However, the makeup entrepreneur recently came under fire online for what some have regarded to be lavish use of her private jet.

The mother of two was exposed, according to Page Six, by the Twitter account @CelebJets, which frequently charts the travel routes of the biggest celebrities. Last Tuesday, Jenner apparently took a flight from Camarillo, California to Van Nuys in the same state; based on the calculations of the account, the projected flight time was only a few minutes as opposed to a road trip that would take many hours.

Although it was later explained that the reality star’s actual travel time was 35 minutes there and roughly 12 minutes on the way back, a few minutes on an aircraft to get to your destination does sound like a fairly fantastic deal.

The amount of jet fuel consumed, the cost of the fuel, and the CO2 emissions are often published by @CelebJets, but this short flight didn’t call for the same level of disclosure.

Users quickly attacked Jenner after reading the posts about her brief trip, as is common on Twitter. One reader complained, “Can’t wait to see Kylie Jenner post environmental awareness pics on her stories as if she isn’t single-handedly doing more damage to the environment than most of us with her 3 min flights,” One individual vented.

“Every time a paper straw begins to dissolve into my drink, I think about how Kylie Jenner uses a private jet for 3 min flights and I get mind-numbingly angry,” another reader added.
