YouTube and Lil Baby Collaborate On The #DoItLikeBaby Campaign
Lil Baby will release It’s Only Me On Friday, October 14, his most recent album. The Quality Control recording artist collaborated with YouTube for #DoItLikeBaby as part of the album’s rollout.
A YouTube Short by Baby served as the catalyst for the #DoItLikeBaby social media campaign. The 27-year-old rapper invites his fans to display their individual sense of style in short videos that feature his brand-new song, “Heyy.”
Fans of Lil Baby can join the rapper, who was raised in Atlanta, on YouTube by uploading their own “before and after” videos. The “Heyy” single should be used in YouTube Shorts, and the hashtag “#DoItLikeBaby” should be used.
Heyy will appear on the studio album It’s Only Me. After 2020’s 4x-Platinum My Turn, the 23-track album will be released. Baby’s first Billboard 200 chart No. 1 came from that song. Five weeks in a row, My Turn was number one.
The number-one song on the Billboard 200 chart for The Voice of the Heroes, featuring Lil Durk, is also on Lil Baby’s discography. In August 2022, the Recording Industry Association of America awarded that 2021 collaborative album a Platinum plaque.
The creation of the All Axecess animated series was announced by Lil Baby and the AXE company last month. The Grammy-winning filmmaker most recently made his documentary, Untrapped: The Story Of Lil Baby, available on Amazon Prime Video.
In a Minute,” an It’s Only Me single that Kaigoinkrazy produced, was released in April. In addition, Lil Baby secured guest spots for Future, Young Thug, Nardo Wick, Fridayy, Rylo Rodriguez, Jeremih, and Pooh Shiesty on his upcoming album.
This week, the official music video for “Heyy” was released. The YouTube videos have received more than 1.1 million views as of the time of publication. The song “Heyy” by Lil Baby is currently number one on the platform’s music charts.
