50 Cent Response to Vivica A. Fox

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is not new to public feuds. He is well known for attacking anyone that goes against him or anyone he feels he deserve to be trolled. Recently his beef with his ex-girlfriend Vivica Fox seems to be taking a new turn. The two started dating back in 2003 and since then, they have left many questions to the fans. In a recent interview on May 2021, she blamed the publicity around their love life to be the one that destroyed their relationship. She later admitted that she still has love for him. However, the rapper said that he was not bothered by those comments from Fox but he went ahead and said that there were too many people involved. He then suggested that the relationship could have survived if it remained private. He also confirmed that he wanted to propose to her with a 12-carat ring which he later turned it to earrings after he got upset with her.

They have been criticizing each other publicly on social media since their break up in 2005. On a show she explained that 50 Cent was accusing her of using her relationship with him as a publicity stunt. On those accusations, she said she considered that as ghetto love and that the rapper was the love of her life.

In December 2009, 50 Cent spoke om a live show and explained that they buried their beef with his ex and he had also offered her to appear in one of his music videos which she did in the following year. In the song “Do you think about Me,” she portrayed herself as nothing else but an ex. Their beef then came back to life again on October 2015 where she publicly questioned the rapper’s sexuality by insinuating that he is gay. 50 Cent responded to this by sharing photos to his Instagram attacking her in her dress with the caption,” really bad boob job”.

  The beef went low for a while but it resurrected on September 2016 when he posted a picture of a woman who had undergone a botched plastic surgery asking his fans why people do it and attacking Empire show. On January 2017 she revealed that they had settled their beef after they ran into each other at a game in New York. She said that someone had to be a bigger person and that she always loved him.

It is fair to say that ‘BET awards’ is the most watched award show in the world. on 27th may 2021, they announced the nominees of the BET AWARDS 2021. “Lucid Dreams (Remix)” also got a music video featuring digital versions of the rappers directed by Mooch, who also created an animated visualizer for “734.”creating more popularity in youtube views.

Goodbye & Good Riddance which was released officially in 2018.The famous rapper Juice WRLD died of a drug overdose at young age in 21 in December 2019,given his music career, after the release of his second album Death Race For Love. Four months later, the rapper’s mother Carmela Wallace announced the establishment of the Live Free 999 Fund, which aims at support young individual  in their battles with anxiety, addiction, and depression in life.

Last year, Benny Blanco shared “Real Shit,” a previously unofficially released collaboration with the rapper to mark what would have been Juice WRLD’s 22nd birthday. “He was an absolute sharp mind, to say the least, but above all, he was one of the soft hearted and most considerate people I have ever met,” Blanco wrote about the  rapper.Juice WRLD’s posthumous album, Legends Never Die, arrived last year and included “Conversations,” which got a music video in February.

Really! in  the midst of her divorce from rapper Kanye West, Kim Kardashian choose to attended a billionaire’s intimate birthday party in LA  where guests invited included West’s rap rival Drake.

The reality celebrity turned heads on her way into the Beverly Hills party, dressed on a midriff-baring dress with a thigh high slit. She attended the shindig for British heir Jamie Reuben’s 34th birthday alongside her family friend Fai Khadra.

But from specifications we hear that one of the guests inside was Drake. A news from source told us he had attended a music industry dinner earlier on , and another insider said that at Reuben’s party, “he stayed till late, hanging till 3:30a.m.”

Kardashian, had previously shot down rumors that she once had a fling with Drake, posting way back  in 2018, “Never happened. End of story.”tl

Come June of that year, Drake, released his fifth album with popular hit song “In My Feelings”, in which he raps about a woman which  he calls ‘Kiki, whom fans pointed out to be Kardashian.

But Kardashian denied any close relationship with Drake  terming it out as false allegations in the midst of this confusion on which story to believe, another woman came forward claiming she is “the real Kiki”  industry troll Nick Cannon fanned the flames of speculation. He alleged , “There is something real personal Drake is holding up over that whole family. Like, y’all don’t want me to let this out.”

At mid of the whole controversy, West unleashed a dreadful social media storm, demanding that  Drake should apologize, and musing, “There would never be a drake without a Kanye.” He also blasted Cannon on Instagram by saying: “Don’t be making no suggestions like nobody f*ked my wife.”

What is racial inequality? It can be defined as imbalances in the distribution of power, economic resources, and opportunities. Racial inequalities in Hollywood refer to discrimination based on skin color in the American Media Industry.

What is gender discrimination? This is prejudice or discrimination based on sex. In this case, one gender is given preference over the other. There are many instances of racial and gender inequalities since Hollywood formed as the entertainment hub of America in early 1900. Since the installation of this industry, many people have faced race and gender discrimination.

Let us have a look at the historical background of racial and gender inequality in Hollywood.

History of Racial inequality in Hollywood

In the earlier days when Hollywood was installed, roles that included non-white characters were given to white characters. They played these roles in blackface, brown face, and yellow face in a demeaning manner. Most shows cast white actors to represent other ethnicities. This was around the 1830s and 1840s. Once the non-whites made it onto the big screens of Hollywood around the early twentieth century, they were granted minor background roles or forced to stereotype their characters to get the role. Interracial marriages or relationships could not be portrayed on the cameras. This was a way to exclude actors of color from getting lead roles even if their female counterpart was a character of color.

Typically, the female counterparts were white actresses disguised in blackface. Leading roles were reserved for white characters leaving a small number of remaining roles for non-white actors. More roles were available for white characters compared to non-white characters. The race is a big factor in pay disparity than gender. White women in minor roles were highly paid as compared to color actors in leading roles.

History of Gender discrimination in Hollywood

 This commonly refers to the difference in pay between men and women in the industry.     Usually, women have always been paid less than men. There is also a big difference in opportunities available between genders and the representation of each gender within the media.

Actors are paid higher than actresses. A survey conducted by The New York Film Academy in 2014 shows that the top ten male actors made more money compared to the top ten female actresses. The highest-paid actor made almost 2.5 times more money compared to that of the highest-paid actress. Ironically, the fourth highly paid actress was paid a sum equal to that of the 21st highly paid actor. In most Hollywood films, the majority of the directors are male.

According to a study conducted in 2007, the top 100 movies were made up of approximately 7.3% female directors compared to their male counterparts who made at least 92.7% of the total director’s panel. This clearly shows that women are highly discriminated against by men in this industry. There is also a gender gap in earnings. From 1999 to 2005, women’s earnings declined by 6% while men earnings increased by 16%
