Joyner Lucas Slams Machine Gun Kelly

Joyner Lucas has dragged Machine Gun Kelly in feud with Lollapalooza. If you have been following, Lollapalooza announced that this year’s lineup festival will hold at Grant Park in Chicago Illinois between July 28-31.

The lineup festival for this year will have several popular rappers’ appearances. Some of them include, Dua Lipa, Doja Cat, Lil Baby, J. Cole, and several other top rappers. However, Joyner Lucas, one of the selected performers, has gone after Lollapalooza claiming that Lollapalooza disrespected him.

“These festivals is gon stop playing with me like I ain’t that ni**a. Putting my name next to the names of a bunch of random ni**az that nobody heard of and offering me a weak a*s [money bag]. Then I say no to the offer and these h*e a*s ni**az put me on the flier anyways,” Lucas w“I’m the biggest independent artist period with the exception of my ni**a tech. And I got the numbers & the fans & the [money bag] to back that statement up. How is it that these festivals keep tryna bunch my name up with a bunch of ni**az who ain’t on my level?. ni**a I’m JOYNER LUCAS,” he said in another tweet.

Too $hort Says He’s Not Ready For Retirement From Hip-Hop

Too $hort has not stop releasing albums after four decades of activeness in the rap industry. The rapper is not planning to retire anytime soon. In 1995, the rapper said he retired but it didn’t take long before he returned to doing what he knows how to do best.

Too $hort, 55-year-old, featured on the Club Shay ShayShannon Sharpe’s show- on Monday 21. The rapper revealed why he has no retirement plan while on the show. He said, “I do it because, once upon a time, I announced that I was retiring,” $hort told the former NFL legend. “I was 30 years old, and it was a big promotional push behind, ‘Too $hort retiring’ — I was on my 10th album at the time and I remember DJ Red Alert said to me, ‘You don’t ever see jazz musicians retiring or blues? Diana Ross and Smokey [Robinson] — they’re still on the stage. Why does a rapper have to stop?’

“So when he said that, I never ever considered retirement ever again. And I think that, the more I get older and wiser, I’m thinking somebody’s got to keep doing this.”

Saying further, $hort said: “This is saying, not for me, saying look what I did. This is saying for my young homies — look what I can do. Look at what Tom Brady’s doing for quarterbacks.”
