Biggie

Biggie Crowns The Best Rapper Of All Time

Biggie – Notorious B.I.G. was in Los Angeles to promote his album “Life After Death” on March 9, 1997, when he was killed at the age of 24. He was shot four times while driving.

Although, his murder case has not been resolved, the Los Angeles police department officer believes he was killed by Suge Knight, former Death Row Records CEO to revenge the killing of Tupac Shakur in 1996.

It’s twenty-five years down the line, Biggie is considered a Hip Hop legend, and his work is still being celebrated all over the globe. Diddy shared a throwback video of Biggie on the 9th of March, encouraging the upcoming artist to pursue their dreams.

“There will NEVER be another,” he wrote in the caption. “The GREATEST RAPPER OF ALL TIME. Today we celebrate and honor you, king. Love and miss you!!”

Biggie was only able to release just one album while he was alive, his 1994 debut Ready To Die. The project produced several Hip Hop classics, including. “Juicy,” “Big Poppa” and the likes.”

The track “Life After Death” was released just 16 days after his murder, lending the entire project an ominous vibe. Adding to the fact that it picks up where “Suicidal Thoughts” left off on the first album.

DaBaby And Calboy Start Another Beef

DaBaby and Calboy have been beefing themselves for a while now.

On the 9th of March, DaBaby replied to Calboy’s initial accusation with two comments under Akademiks and said Cheese’s Instagram posts on the situation. One was where he replied with a series of laughing emojis, while the other mentioned Calboy directly, saying “Do sumn.”

Almost instantly, Calboy dragged the “Rockstar” rapper in the mud. “DaBaby was runnin’ around in a fuckin’ diaper, bro, you been sold your morality and your integrity a long time ago, n***a,” he explained. “Fuck is you talkin’ ’bout? Now you tough, n***a? I got real war scars, bitch.”

He continued: “Fuck is you talkin’ ’bout, n***a? You talkin’ ’bout self-defense, n***a? Talkin’ ’bout self-defense? Let’s talk about unsolved murders, bitch.” Calboy could be referring to the shooting incident that DaBaby got involved in at a Walmart in 2018 that left one person dead. Although, Dababy claimed to be innocent concerning the killing and charges against him were dropped.

All of this has made Calboy go after DaBaby for releasing a project with YoungBoy “Never Broke Again”, which ties back to YoungBoy’s beef with Lil Durk

“You have 25% ownership/equity in a building,” Royce Da 5’9 wrote on Instagram. “Let’s say an apartment building… You built this building with your 3 partners, brick by brick. It’s worth millions. Suddenly, the value drops because it needs renovations, etc. You and your partners have been talking about when and how this work is gonna get done. Y’all just need to agree on a plan of attack.”

Royce Da 5’9 continued in his lengthy caption where he introduced a conflict of interest that would put his loyalty to the test.

“Meanwhile: You and just one of the other partners receive an offer 2 build another building together but with just the 2 of you,” he said. “Minus your other 2 partners… Yes… There’s a check involved. BUT… Just One Catch: You have to burn down the building you already have without informing your other 2 partners to do so.”
