Antonio Brown appears to be back to getting a big bag after leaving the NFL and flashing a six-figure check he claimed he received for rapping.
On Sunday, October 9, the former NFL wide receiver posted a picture of the check with the amount written in the amount of $150,000 to Twitter. “I get paid to rap. # PutthatshitOn,” Brown captioned the photo.
This year, Brown released his album Paradigm, which featured well-known artists like Fivio Foreign, Young Thug, DaBaby, and others.
Then he added a picture of another check for $250,000, which he claimed was payment for his participation in a yet-to-be-released song with Lil Wayne.
“I get paid to rap. Paid to Snap. Ryan Kane. STB is not secure. This is a stop payment for my new track feat. Lil Wayne. It’s unethical per source Cab Records Inc. C A B hol on wait,” Brown wrote.
Akademiks reposted the earlier article, and DJ Vlad pointed out that the Secure The Bag record label was the same one that is suing the former NFL player for $500,000 in the comment section.
On October 6, a Florida music promoter filed a lawsuit against Antonio Brown. He alleged that he defrauded them of a $500,000 payment by falsely representing that it was for Lil’ Wayne.
