Big Sean Unleashes 2012’s “Detroit” Featuring J. Cole, Chris Brown, Jhené Aiko & More on DSPs
Big Sean has been anticipating the future with great excitement as he prepares to welcome his first child with longtime girlfriend Jhené Aiko, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t also taking time to acknowledge his past successes.
The 34-year-old has responded to his fans’ cries and shared the 18-track project to DSPs to mark the 10-year anniversary of his 2012 Detroit mixtape. It includes features from J. Cole, Mike Posner, Juicy J, French Montana, Kendrick Lamar, and more, as well as an unheard song from 2019 titled “More Thoughts.”
On Sunday, September 4, Sean announced the exciting news via social media. Before Detroit touched down at midnight, the Finally Famous hitmaker took some time to address fans’ burning inquiries about the making of the mixtape.
