Kylie Jenner Pays Tribute To Virgil Abloh With Her Met Gala Outfit
Kylie Jenner’s gown for the 2022 Met Gala at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday night paid tribute to the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh. Virgil’s Off-White brand created the ensemble, which included a white bridal gown with the word “Off” hanging across her chest.
Jenner got inspired by Virgil Abloh’s final couture gown created for Off-Fall White’s Winter 2022 Runway Show during Paris Fashion Week in February, according to a press release.
Jenner later revealed photos of the gown on Instagram, confirming that she planned to attend the Gala with Abloh before it got rescheduled for 2020.
