Chris Brown's "Breezy" First Week Sales Forecasts Out

Chris Brown’s “Breezy” First Week Sales Forecasts Out

Chris Brown’s fans are pleased to see the father of three make a bold return with his 23-track, feature-heavy Breezy album after a protracted absence from music release.

The album’s lead songs included “Iffy,” “WE (Warm Embrace),” for which the R&B artist enlisted Normani to sensually dance with him in the music video, and “Call Me Every Day,” which also featured WizKid. The project was out at midnight on Friday.

The recently released first week sales projections from Brown’s tenth studio album show that it’s unlikely to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 despite the praise it has received thus far (especially from Tory Lanez, who sings on “Bad Then A Beach” and claims that Breezy is about to “f*ck the whole summer up”).

A surge in Bad Bunny streams, new releases from Lil Durk (the Chicago native dropped off the deluxe cut of his 7220 project this weekend), and country singer Luke Combs will likely place the Virginia native, who is expected to sell 60K–70K copies in the coming days, in the top 10, but we won’t know for sure until next week.

The estimates for Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind (210K-230K), Kevin Gates’ much awaited Khaza album, and Logic’s comeback with Vinyl Days were all interesting last weekend.

The latter two were closely contested, but many have remarked that even for well-known musicians like these, sales have steadily declined in recent years. For instance, Breezy’s previous release, Indigo, sold 108K units in its first week of release back in 2019; this is significantly more than what he’s doing now.

Chris Brown Is Looking Forward To A Beyoncé Collaboration

Chris Brown’s much awaited album is soon to be released, but even before it does, the musician is already discussing other collaborations he intends to complete. This Friday, June 24, Breezy will be available on streaming services, and Brown has had a very active promotional campaign. Fans are hearing Brown in this C.Breezy period demonstrate just how far his abilities extend as he flexes his chops on various tracks that work well with him.

As a result of his collaborations with practically all the major figures in the music business, Brown has gone on to become a legend. When he was at Million Dollaz Worth of Game, he acknowledged that there is one collaboration he has yet to finalize.

He stated: “Probably Beyoncé…only because of what that would look like, us really do a dope song with both of us dancing in it. That would be dope, like a check off my to-do list. She’s probably the only one I haven’t worked with. I’m not turning it down.”

Although it’s unclear if this will happen anytime soon, both singers’ supporters have been expressing opinions on the possibility.

There’s some heat coming from the two of them, albeit it’s unclear whose project it’ll be for. On their Instagram Stories, Breezy and Baby teased each other’s contributions to a future collaboration. “Lil Baby x Chris Brown got one coming soon,” Breezy captioned his Instagram post.

Along with Rihanna and A$AP Rocky, fans have been congratulating them on their new baby. The actress gave birth last week, according to speculations. On May 13th in Los Angeles, Rihanna and A$AP welcomed a newborn boy into the world, marking a significant milestone in their much-discussed relationship.

Brown and Rihanna were formerly a couple, and according to Rihanna, they “love one other and probably always will.” Their relationship had its share of issues, the most public of which was when Brown assaulted Rihanna. In a recent track, A$AP Rocky called Brown out for the attack. Brown has frequently shown his love for the singer after their breakup. In 2018, he complimented on her topless photo, and in 2019 he thirsted hard over her lingerie photos.

Brown has been keeping himself busy when he isn’t keeping up with the latest Rihanna news. He recently signed a residency in Las Vegas and has announced the release of his new album, Breezy. He’s mentioned Lil Wayne, Anderson.Paak, Jack Harlow, Tory Lanez, and Fivio Foreign as possible guests on the forthcoming album.

Chris Brown Honors His Three Baby Mothers On Mother's Day

Chris Brown Honors His Three Baby Mothers On Mother’s Day

Chris Brown, a father of three, wrote a touching message for his children’s mothers. Nia Guzman, Ammika Harris, and Diamond Brown were all recognized in the singer’s collage. However, he posted the photo which shows all three women with their children, by writing, “Happy [Mother’s] Day. I love my tribe.”

Chris’ oldest child, Royalty Brown, is Nia’s mother (7). Aeko Brown was born to Ammika Harris (2). Lovely Brown, Diamon Brown’s youngest child, was born (four months). But the singer has always brags about his kids on social media and appears to be highly involved in their life.

Given their rocky history, it’s encouraging to see the 33-year-old getting along with his baby mother. Although the musician got accused of not paying child support for his first kid years ago. He and Nia were arguing about it on social media at the time.

In recent news, it appears that A$AP Rocky shaded him in his recent single. A$AP rapped, “I don’t beat my b*tch. I need my b*tch.” Given his violent altercation with Rihanna, many assumed he was aiming bullets at CB. Another clue was that the song was out on Chris’ birthday, May 5.

A$AP Rocky Criticizes Chris Brown For Assaulting Rihanna On “D.M.B”

A$AP Rocky has returned with a new level of ferocity. The rapper dropped his new single, “D.M.B,” earlier today, along with a video featuring Rihanna, his leading woman. Of course, there have been series of reactions to the album, including one scenario in which the couple appears to have married.

A$AP Rocky’s new tune is clearly dedicated to his muse, but some fans believe Rocky also made fun of Rihanna’s ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown. Though Rihanna and Chris Brown have separated for years and both have moved on, no one has forgotten Chris Brown’s assault on Rihanna in 2009.

“I don’t beat my bitch, I need my bitch,” Rocky raps at one point in the song. Though there are various ways to interpret that bar, several fans believe it is clearly addressed at Breezy. The song was also released on the R&B singer’s 33rd birthday.

The rapper’s new tune arrived with an incredible video. Which features the couple strolling through the streets of New York City looking slick. Following 2019’s “Babushka Boi,” this is Rocky’s first single in three years. It’s unclear whether this is a one-off single, but we wouldn’t mind if it was the start of a new album.

Drake Dropped From Chris Brown's "No Guidance" Copyright Lawsuit

Drake Dropped From Chris Brown’s “No Guidance” Copyright Lawsuit

Drake is out of a copyright infringement case launched in October against Chris Brown for his song “No Guidance.” Songwriters Braindon Cooper and Timothy Valentine claim the song is a rip-off of their song “I Love Your Dress,” which they released in 2016.

Cooper and Valentine will pursue Brown and Sony Music Entertainment in their lawsuit. On Tuesday, the two dropped Drake’s name. It’s unclear if this was due to a settlement agreement or a lack of faith in their case against the Toronto rapper.

On June 8, 2019, the song “No Guidance” was out and reached No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. Brown’s album Indigo featured the song.

Brown and Drake defended themselves by claiming that they had never heard “I Love Your Dress,” which they described as “obscure.”

Cooper and Valentine stated that because an artist is more famous than another does not exempt them from copyright laws.

“This argument – essentially that defendants are somehow immune from copyright infringement claims by individuals who are not as famous as they are – is both egotistical and without any legal basis whatsoever,” they both stated in February. “Undoubtedly, regardless of their fame and status, defendants may be, and should be, held accountable for their infringement.”

Chris Brown And Lil Baby To Go On A North American Tour This Summer

Chris Brown and Lil Baby will go on a joint tour. The R&B superstar announced on TikTok earlier this month that he and the 27-year-old will tour across North America this summer, performing some of their biggest hits.

Brown made the first announcement on April 16th, then on Monday, April 25th. He released the official date list for the next “One Of Them Ones” events, which will kick off on July 15th in Raleigh, North Carolina.

They’ll also perform in Virginia Beach, New York City, Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Concord, and Los Angeles before wrapping up on August 27th in Las Vegas. The duo will perform in 27 cities in total; tickets will go on sale this Thursday, April 28th at 10 a.m. if you’re interested.

Breezy teased the big announcement on TikTok, saying that a surprise hidden guest will join them, he didn’t say who it could be. Drake, Trey Songz, Tyga, and Nicki Minaj are among the names that have appeared as guesses in the comment area so far.

In other news, Brown had to contact the cops after a woman was staying outside his San Fernando Valley house for the tenth time, stalking the artist.
