Chris Brown Announces The Release Date And Cover Art For His Upcoming Album “Breezy”
Chris Brown has announced the release date and artwork for his upcoming album Breezy. The R&B singer revealed the news on Instagram on Tuesday night (May 17), writing, “JUNE 24th BREEZY ALBUM.”
Brown’s skull is photographed in black-and-white, with the word “Breezy” shaved into the back. Breezy is the official follow-up to Chris Brown’s second double album, Indigo, released in 2019. Nicki Minaj, G-Eazy, Tory Lanez, Tyga, Justin Bieber, Juicy J, Juvenile, H.E.R, Tank, Lil Jon, Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas, Gunna, Trey Songz, and Drake all contributed to the album.
Indigo premiered at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, selling over 108,000 total album-equivalent units in its first week, including 28,000 pure album sales. In addition, the album had 97.95 million on-demand audio streaming in the United States.
Brown has shared two tracks from Breezy — “Iffy” and “WE (Warm Embrace)” — as well as a description of what fans can expect from the album when it drops in April.
