Kodak Black Admits Crying When Saweetie Selected Quavo Over Him

Kodak Black Admits Crying When Saweetie Selected Quavo Over Him

Kodak Black remembers getting upset when Saweetie passed on him.

Rapper Kodak Black admitted that he grieved when Saweetie chose Quavo over him, and that has caused him heartache. In an Instagram Live conversation with fellow Florida rapper Yungeen Ace, Kodak revealed the information and acknowledged that Saweetie’s decision to seek a relationship with Quavo rather than him had put him in tears. Kodak has stated that despite the heartache, he still honors their connection and has recently moved on to pursue other romantic opportunities.

“I said, when Saweetie picked Quavo over me she made me cry brother,” he revealed.”

The Bill Isreal rapper also sung a sad song “I caught a case again, forgive me one last time/Saweetie picked Quavo over me, she made me cry/Better be in bed by the time them killers come out at night,” he crooned.

On her EP “The Single Life” in 2022, Saweetie released the song “Don’t Say Nothin’,” in which she addressed the claims that, soon after her breakup with Quavo, she had begun dating Lil Baby. The song’s lyrics appeared to be a response to these rumors.

“Why ni**as always speakin’ on who I’m f**kin’ on? / He must’ve got excited when I FaceTimed with nothin’ on,” Saweetie raps on the track. “Them same lips that’s yappin’ be the ones I nutted on / A hunnid K, please, know how much paper I be touchin’ on? / That’s light, better check my net worth / Post a pic’ in his sweatshirt, I bet it have my ex hurt / That’s what I get for kissin’ on these frogs/He got mad and told my business to the blogs.”

Some have speculated that a statement about a $100,000 shopping spree was meant to refute claims that she had a brief relationship with Lil Baby after splitting from Quavo. Lil Baby and Quavo have both previously discussed the subject in their own tracks.

Recently, Kodak has shown interest in several ladies, including GloRilla. Kodak attempted to change the words of her popular song “Tomorrow” during a live stream in 2022 by commenting on one of her postings.

Kodak Black Teases New Album Coming Out in the Coming Month

Kodak Black Teases New Album Coming Out in the Coming Month

Kodak Black said he wants to start the new year off with the release of a brand-new album.

When Kodak joined Yungeen Ace on Instagram Live earlier this week, he revealed that he was working diligently on the eagerly awaited album and that it would be released sometime in February.

When Ace inquired about what he was up to in the video, the ZEZE rapper said: “I’m just chilling finna drop this album next month.”

Kodak also name-dropped some artists that he’s collaborating with on the project and both rappers agreed that they need to find the latest R&B sensation similar to Mariah Carey.

Kodak’s last album, Back For Everything, was released in February 2022 and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, earning 60,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.

Last month, Kodak expressed upset over the fact he thinks he should have won numerous Grammys by this point in his career. Appearing in the studio with DJ Akademiks and YouTuber Adin Ross, he argued that his past success should have earned him some trophies.

Kodak said, “Y’all know I’m supposed to have a million Grammys. Ok, but fuck the Grammy’s, fuck the awards ’cause sometimes your shit don’t always come as a trophy.”

He continued: “Look how real n-ggas gotta get their awards. I count the Trump pardon — that’s my Grammy, that’s my award then.”

Kodak has been a strong admirer of Trump ever since the former president granted him a pardon in January 2021. He even bought a gold chain with a personalized Trump pendant.

He continued by saying that despite being one of the most popular songs of 2022, “Super Gremlin” failed to garner any nominations, which he finds incomprehensible.

Kodak said, “At first, I was sitting at this shit like, ‘Damn, homie. Y’all know ‘Super Gremlin’ was the hottest shit — still the hottest shit,”

Even though a lot of them muthafuckas had good songs, why y’all still ain’t give me my shit, homie? What the fuck a n-gga supposed to do?”

Kodak also attacked the BET Awards in October 2022 after Latto won Song Of The Year for “Big Energy” instead of “Super Gremlin.”

Everyone Needa Boycott @Connieorlando & @BET !” he wrote next to a photo of BET’s EVP and Head of Programming Connie Orlando. “Y’all Lame Af & Y’all Not Really For The People Fr ! BET WATERED DOWN !!! Y’all So Lame And Out Of Touch ! Y’all Definitely Not A Creditable Show !!!”

He added: “I Called It Out A Few Weeks Ago ! Ain’t No Way They Gone Let No MF Kodak Win A Dam Award Even If The Card Is Right In Front Of Them ! The Whole Point Of Everything Was Bout Woman Empowerment ! The Females Been Crying All Year Bout It ! @connieorlando Gave All Females Awards If They Deserved It Or Not !”

Video Of Kodak Black’s July Drug Trafficking Arrest Was Made Public

Two weeks after Kodak Black’s arrest in Florida stunned both the rapper and his fan base, police video of the event has now appeared online, showing us exactly how hectic things truly were for the Back For Everything artist on July 15.

Police stopped Yak while he was driving his Dodge Durango through Fort Lauderdale, stating that he had too much window tint and that they could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. They searched the area and found 31 Oxycodone pills and over $75,000 in cash.

In the leaked footage, Kodak can be seen agitatedly sitting in the backseat of a cruiser without a shirt on. At one heated moment in particular, the “The singer of “Love & War” bangs his head and exclaims, “F*ck bro. Damn dawg!”

The police gave the rapper an opportunity to talk with his brother while also informing him that they would need to wait for their supervisor’s approval before knowing if Yak could keep the money.

“My shit ain’t smell like weed. I don’t smoke weed. I ain’t smoke nothing, you feel me? He didn’t smell marijuana,” After a few seconds of silence, the obviously anxious star replied. “Damn bro, f*ck, dawg.”

Kodak Black has been given a $225K surety bond to pay and has been placed under house arrest by U.S. Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman. The controversial rapper must also submit to drug testing, wear an ankle monitor with GPS, and stay at home unless required for employment, medical appointments, or court appearances.
