NBA YoungBoy Intends To Tour The Country Following The Dismissal Of Federal Gun Charges

NBA YoungBoy had three simple words for Rolling Stone after defeating his California gun charges earlier last week: “I feel great.”

The 22-year-old is currently celebrating his significant legal triumph and looking forward to the future with hope, despite the fact that he still has charges of a similar sort in his home state of Louisiana to worry about.

YB recently had a brief conversation with prominent Instagrammer @lawyerforworkers (actual name Mohammed Gangat), during which he inquired about the Colors rapper’s future ambitions.

“Tour,” The native of Baton Rouge just answered. “A tour is next… around the states.”

NBA YoungBoy has plenty of new music to play, from recent hits like “Feel Good” and “Late To Da Party” with Lil Nas X to his April teaser project, The Last Slimeto Sampler, even if he didn’t say exactly when he’ll be hitting the road or how many stops fans can anticipate him to make.

Regarding his impending Louisiana lawsuit, it is related to a situation in 2020 in which NBA and his buddies were detained while filming a video in an abandoned home. Police reportedly gathered many weapons, drugs, Xanax, and other items at the time.

NBA YoungBoy won his federal firearms case in California on (15 July). The 22-year-old was facing several years in prison following his arrest by the FBI in 2021. However, his team was able to not only get his song lyrics taken out of the case but also make the argument that no fingerprints were there.

The father of seven said to Rolling Stone, “I feel great,” after learning of his destiny. Fans paid tribute to YB, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, outside the courthouse. Supporters leapt, yelled, and rapped his lyrics in joy at the announcement of his not-guilty judgment.

Although the hip-hop boom gave him a significant break, his struggle for freedom is far from over. According to XXL, YoungBoy is facing yet another firearms prosecution in his native Louisiana. The rapper and a handful of his associates were detained in September 2020 while filming a music video in front of an abandoned home.

According to reports, police removed many firearms, marijuana, Xanax, and other paraphernalia from the site. The recording artist for Atlantic Records was charged as a result and released on bail.

YB scored a minor victory in the case in March of this year when the judge ruled to suppress the prosecutors’ intended submission of photographic and video evidence. The matter is currently pending as both sides try to organize their arguments, according to court documents that XXL was able to get. The subsequent case conference will take place on August 2, 2022.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again is now a free man. In his federal firearms case, the 22-year-old was recently found not guilty, according to Complex. Following his surprise FBI arrest last year, YoungBoy was possibly facing a lengthy jail sentence for criminal gun possession charges. His decision was made only a few days after his legal team was successful in preventing the use of his “Gunsmoke” and “Life Support” lyrics as evidence before Central District of California Judge R. Gary Klausner, the presiding judge. The absence of fingerprints in this well-known case was again highlighted by his lawyers on Thursday, July 14.

After being found not guilty, the Colors singer only said, “I feel great,” according to Rolling Stone reporter Nancy Dillon.

The trial of the Baton Rouge native may have significant repercussions for other high-profile cases involving rappers like Young Thug and Gunna, especially in light of the fact that song lyrics were excluded from evidence during the trial, which is why this news represents a significant victory for YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

While YoungBoy and his supporters will likely rejoice over this significant legal victory, the controversial young musician still has a pending criminal charge related to a pistol in Louisiana. Time will tell if the Top rapper is able to escape all of his legal woes unscathed because he has also entered a not guilty plea in that case.

Drake And NBA Youngboy Have The Most Streams In The United States In 2022

Drake is virtually impossible to outnumber in a numbers game. The Canadian rapper won the title of Billboard’s Artist Of The Decade as a result of his career-long record-setting and breaking performances on the charts. It should therefore come as no surprise that the rapper from “Knife Talk” is the most streamed musician of the year.

According to Chartdata Drake became the most streamed artist in the country this year with 4.16 billion on-demand streaming in the US. It’s a significant accomplishment that doesn’t seem all that shocking now that he has released his most recent album, Honestly, Nevermind.

Drake climbed to new heights on the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 after the release of Honestly, Nevermind. Drake became the first rapper to simultaneously debut on both charts on two different occasions thanks to the album’s and “Jimmy Cooks” ft. 21 Savage’s chart-topping success. Additionally, he continued to hold the record for the most Hot 100 top 10 hits by an artist.

NBA Youngboy is the artist with the second-most on-demand U.S. streams, just behind Drake. The Louisiana rapper has already amassed 3.37 billion on-demand streams in the United States, but when he releases his next studio album, that number will undoubtedly rise. The 30-song tracklist for The Last Slimeto is set for release in August. Although it’s unclear, it’s extremely likely that he might overtake Drake in on-demand streams in the US.

Roddy Ricch Admits Himself, Kodak Black And NBA Youngboy As The Best Rappers Under 25

Roddy Ricch Admits Himself, Kodak Black And NBA Youngboy As The Best Rappers Under 25

The debut album by Roddy Ricch, Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial, is possibly among the best in the past five years. He unfortunately succumbed to the sophomore slump and underwhelmed with his second studio album. On Friday, he released a three-track album named The Big 3 in response to critics who have stated that he has fallen off, instead of using it as motivation or as a source of discouragement.

After the album’s release, the rapper discussed this generation’s top artists during an appearance on Power 106. “It’s n***as that’s of my generation but got poppin’ but they like older,” Prior to stating the age range as 20 to 25, Roddy remarked.. “I’d say me, and Youngboy, and Kodak. That’s the age range right there,” Added Roddy. All three musicians have had a profound influence on culture, however Kodak Black and Youngboy outperform Roddy in terms of catalogs.

Roddy has been making hints his mixtape days are coming back, even though his most recent project may not have been well received by his fans. Roddy announced the arrival of Feed Tha Streets III before delivering Live Life Fast. He declared that the project would end this year sometime in late 2021. Although he hasn’t recently disclosed any details about the project, The Big 3’s release could be a sign that he’s testing the waters before releasing his next one in its entirety.

NBA Youngboy is currently expanding quickly as he breaks another record, yet Eminem still has the most subscribers and views on Youtube. The rapper from Baton Rouge has now surpassed Shady as the hip-hop artist with the most videos that have received over 100 million views. Top rap artists who rule YouTube every month include Eminem and NBA Youngboy. Eminem was the rapper on the site with the most views during the last three months.

Youngboy has already surpassed Eminem’s previous record of 23 videos on YouTube by amassing a total of 24 videos with 100 million views. NBA Youngboy’s “I Came Thru” music video, which was featured on his 2018 album “Realer,” is the most recent to surpass 100 million views.

Since he gained the majority of his fan base on the platform, the controversial rapper is frequently referred to as a “Youtube rapper.” NBA’s best graphics include “Outside Today,” “Valuable Pain,” “Through the Storm,” “House Arrest Tingz,” “Overdose,” and others.

Eminem, meanwhile, has four music videos with over one billion views, including “Love The Way You Lie” with Rihanna, “Not Afraid,” “Without Me,” and “Rap God,” and three of them are solo. Even a “Lose Yourself” fan page video has had over 1.1 billion views.

21 Savage Speaks On NBA YoungBoy & Lil Durk Feud, “Ain’t No Trying” To End It

21 Savage is speaking out after being one of numerous artists dissed in NBA YoungBoy’s tune “I Hate YoungBoy” a few months ago. As his federal prosecution grinds forward, the Louisiana rapper has been under house arrest in Utah. However, he released the track in February, which features Lil Durk, the rapper’s fiancée India Royale, Durk’s father, the late King Von, Gucci Mane, Lil Baby, the 4PF crew, and 21. It was supposedly in response to Durk’s “AHHH HA,” in which the Chicago rapper allegedly took verbal aim at YoungBoy, prompting this retaliation.

21 Savage was asked about the ongoing beef between former friends Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy in an interview with DJ Akademiks last Fall, prior to this exchange. Many artists will not work with YoungBoy due to their devotion to Durk, according to 21 at the time.

21 Talks On Lil Durk And YoungBoy Beef

“You don’t have to pick sides,” he stated as at that time. “But you gotta be a certain type of artist to be in the middle.” Math Hoffa was recently approached by 21 Savage and asked if he had taken any steps to put the feud to rest.

“Nah, hell nah,” he said. Sometimes, according to Savage, situations are too far gone for others to interject. “Certain sh*t you can’t even—you don’t try… Certain sh*t, you just know, ain’t no trying.”

There have been numerous pleas for peace in the Rap world, and it appears that the number of musicians who have died is increasing tremendously in recent years. We don’t know if those messages have reached NBA YoungBoy and Lil Durk, but their friends want them to put their legal issues behind them.

Drake And NBA YoungBoy Fights For The Most Streamed Artist Of 2022

Drake and NBA YoungBoy have long dominated streaming services, often ranking among the most streamed artists year after year. When it comes to mass consumption of their music, the two guys are once again neck and neck, according to Chart Data.

Drake and YoungBoy currently hold the top two rankings in terms of most-streamed acts in music in 2022. Drizzy presently has 200 million more streams than YoungBoy, at three billion compared to 2.8 billion. Several Hip Hop and R&B superstars, including The Weeknd at two billion streams, Kanye West at 1.9 billion, Lil Durk at 1.7 billion, Eminem at 1.5 billion, and Future at 1.5 billion, are tied for fourth place with 2.2 billion streams so far this year.

Hip Hop has been the most popular music on streaming platforms since 2017, and Drake and YoungBoy have only cemented their position. Drizzy already racked up 1.4 billion streams when Chart Data computed total streams for artists through the first two months of the year. YoungBoy came in second with 1.3 billion streams over the 10-week span, but other major talents like Kodak Black and Rod Wave haven’t maintained the same level of fan engagement.

YoungBoy surpassed J. Cole and Future in terms of certifications with 71 in February, according to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Despite being at odds with his label home, Atlantic Records, YoungBoy flaunted the outcome of his hard work on Instagram in the months following the RIAA’s initial declaration.

NBA Youngboy Predicts His Death: ‘I’ll Be In A Cell Or In The Grave Soon.’

NBA YoungBoy sees himself as having a bleak future. Khris James, a rapper/producer from Baton Rouge, but stated he’s expecting jail time or death “very soon” in an iMessage chat published to his Instagram Stories on Thursday (May 19).

“Lol bitch I’m headed to a cell or the grave very soon I wouldn’t give a fuck what her or who thought,” He stated in the text. “‘Murder me’ I wish the best for all y’all hoes and n-ggas.”

Top, Still Flexin, Still Steppin, and 38 Baby 2 are among NBA YoungBoy’s projects that Khris James gets the credits. However, YoungBoy has recently served time in prison, having been released in October 2021 after being arrested in March 2021 as one of 16 people charged with gun and drug possession.

Akademiks alleged earlier this week that NBA YoungBoy rejected down a $25 million deal to stay with Atlantic Records.

“YoungBoy is leaving,” he stated. “He will not be resigning. He didn’t like their offers. I can tell you they offered him like $25 million, and he turned it down. He don’t want it. He’s good. He don’t want the money. He doesn’t want to be in a record deal anymore with Atlantic. He wants to be completely free. He wants to be independent. He wants to do his thing.”

However, YoungBoy has been vocal about his dislike towards Atlantic Records, stating that they prevented his Colors album from reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
