Young Thug & Gunna Charged For Racketeering, Murder, And Armed Robbery
Young Thug and Gunna are reportedly two of 28 defendants indicted in a Fulton County, Georgia indictment. However, the indictment includes charges of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, murder, armed robbery. And participation in criminal street gang activity, according to WSB-TV reporter Michael Seiden.
On Monday night, the news organization received exclusive video of getting apprehended (May 9). According to the indictment, the Young Stoner Life (YSL) rapper faces accusations of street gang activity and conspiracy. Which violates the RICO Act, while Gunna faces one count of conspiracy to violate the RICO Act.
According to Seiden, Young Thug is facing “serious allegations. “Prosecutors claim that “YSL is a criminal street gang that started in late 2012 in the Cleveland Avenue area of ATL” and is a member of the nationwide Bloods gang.
According to the records, Young Thug hired a 2014 Infiniti Q50 sedan from Hertz. Which he used in the January 2015 murder of Donovan Thomas, Jr., a rival gang member.
Prosecutors allege that two of YSL’s friends, Christian Eppinger and Antonio Sumlin, conspired to acquire Young Thug’s approval to try a second murder of YFN Lucci while he’s in prison in Fulton County.
