The Convicted   Murderer of Chicago Rapper EBE BANDZ William Arzate on the Loose

Police reports have indicated that the convicted felon is nowhere to be found after he skipped a hearing on the murder of EBE Bandz. The Chicago rapper also known as Billy Da Kid was violently murdered in May 2019 but the body was found roughly three weeks after he was killed. Reports came from the public claiming he had been missing after which the police conducted a welfare check in his home and declared him missing. An NBC Affiliate WREX 13, reported that the suspect had been found guilty by the justice department and thus deserved sentencing for the first-degree murder and concealing a homicide. The final sentencing is expected to be done by September this year. The suspect failed to attend his trial and the justice department has declared him wanted on an outstanding No Bond bench warrant. He is also wanted to be charged for harassing a potential witness.

Police investigation reports indicated that the Chicago Rapper had been beaten to death by the suspects. Arzate was charged alongside other suspects including Manuel Ramirez, however, Ramierez was only charged for failure to report a potential murder incident but Arzate is a first-degree- murder convict. Ramirez pleaded guilty in February this year two years after they were arrested. Other suspects connected to the case include 21-year-old Dakota Galf who was charged with first-degree- murder for his role in the 2019 case. Colton Kennicker is the fourth accomplice who was arrested in Mesa Arizona and his first-degree murder case is still pending.

Arzate’s final sentencing is scheduled in September later in the year.
