An NBC Affiliate WREX 13, reported that the suspect had been found guilty by the justice department and thus deserved sentencing for the first-degree murder and concealing a homicide. The final sentencing is expected to be done by September this year. The suspect failed to attend his trial and the justice department has declared him wanted on an outstanding No Bond bench warrant. He is also wanted to be charged for harassing a potential witness.
