Megan Thee Stallion’s sit-down interview with Gayle King aired on CBS Mornings on Monday, in which the rapper discussed her continuing legal battle with Tory Lanez. Megan didn’t hold back when it came to discussing the case’s contents in public for the first time. The rapper went into detail about what happened before and after Tory reportedly fired the rounds.

Megan claims Tory gave her and her friend, Kelsey Nicole, money after Meg got hit in the foot. Meg claimed that when she got shot, she dropped to her knees and crawled to someone’s driveway. “I can’t believe he shot me,” Meg described her reaction after getting shot. After that, Gayle questioned about Tory’s reaction.

“He’s apologizing. He’s saying, ‘I’m so sorry. Please don’t tell. I’ll give y’all a million dollars if y’all don’t say nothing.’ And I’m like, ‘What are you talking about?’ I’m like, ‘why are you offering me money right now? Help me.’ If you sorry, just help me,” She told Gayle King.

Megan Thee Stallion also responded to Tory Lanez’s claim that the shooting was because of the sexual tension between them. “I think that he is trying to deflect from the fact that he committed a crime,” she stated, denying that the two ever had a sexual connection

Tory Lanez got arrested for breaking a court order during a court appearance earlier this year. The judge ordered Tory from speaking about the matter, which he did nonetheless. Later, he was out on a bail of $350,000.
