50 Cent Wishes Tony Yayo Would’ve Gone Off Instead of Him: “I could’ve Handled All The Business Deals”

50 Cent wanted Tony Yayo to be assassinated instead of him.

During a recent appearance on Big Boy’s Neighborhood, 50 Cent discussed Tony Yayo and admitted that he wishes his G-Unit signee had taken off instead of him.

” My solo album took off so big that I just brought them with me,” he said. “So it was clear that it was me creating opportunity for everybody else in the crew, but we was all together. I wish it would have been Yayo, because then I coulda did all of the business. If he woulda did what 50 Cent did, then I would have been running the whole thing.”

“It would still be two of us. He’d still be 50 cent as the artist and I’d be the largest asset to us,” he added.

Yayo recently praised Fifty and said Jay-Z doesn’t handle his artists as well as Fifty does. We have more of an assist, so that’s why I admire him, he added. “Since we have 50 CenOn the Set of “BMF” 50 Cent Contrasts the Styling of Snoop Dogg and Eminemt, I knew I was in good hands. El DeBarge Charged With Weapon Possession and Drugs, Following an Arrest at a Gas Station

El DeBarge Charged With Weapon Possession and Drugs, Following an Arrest at a Gas Station

El DeBarge has been detained at a petrol station in Burbank, California, and charged with being under the influence of drugs and possessing a handgun.

The incident happened early on Sunday morning (January 8), according to a report from TMDr. Dre Threatens to Take Legal Action Against Majorie Taylor Greene For Tweeting “Still Dre”Z on Tuesday (January 10). Officers passing by noticed the singer’s car’s expired tags. They claimed to have seen an extendable metal baton in the car when they got closer.

Because the baton was an unlawful weapon, authorities searched the car and discovered “suspected narcotics” and pepper spray, according to reports. The singer allegedly did not possess a current driver’s license.

El DeBarge was detained and charged with possessing a controlled narcotic, a leaded cane or baton, and drug paraphernalia. Police suspect the drug is heroin, but this hasn’t been proved, the report states.

However, the “Lay With You” singer didn’t spend much time in jail before being freed after posting the $25,000 bond. In March, he will be back in court.

The troubled musician has been arrested before in recent years. He was charged with criminal vandalism in 2018 for reportedly smashing someone’s windshield with a wrench during an altercation.

DeBarge was detained in Los Angeles in 2012 for cocaine possession with the intent to sell after LAPD officers saw him engaging in what seemed to be a drug transaction with another guy close to the 101 Freeway. He avoided going to jail in this case by posting his $30,000 bond and getting released.

The musician, previously spent 13 months in prison after being detained in 2008 for possessing crack and drug paraphernalia. The charges were against him in violation of the conditions of his probation for a comparable drug possession offense in 2006.

Keith Murray Remembers Nas Wrestling Jewelry Theives

Keith Murray Remembers Nas Wrestling Jewelry Theives

Keith Murray recounts another crazy incident in which he and Nas narrowly avoided being robbed in Queens, New York.

In the most recent part of his conversation with The Art of Dialogue, Murray described an uncomfortable situation he and Nas encountered. The rapper from the Def Squad claimed he was on Jamaica Avenue shopping with a friend and their children when he spotted two males off to the side and kept an eye on them.

Keith MShe’s Praying for ‘Legend’ Keith Murray – Shawnna urray opted to keep moving in an effort to avoid the two men’s alleged stickup squad since he thought they were planning to rob him and his friend. As soon as they arrived at the vehicle, Murray reported seeing Nas in the roadway with some heavy jewelry.

“All of a sudden, I make the left and then in the street comes Nas,” he recalled. “He has on the big bracelet that we used to get. Everybody had the bracelets and everything and then there was another rapper over there — I ain’t going to say his name — and he’s like, ‘Yo, go down there, go that way.”

Murray said the situation felt weird when Nas directed him to go elsewhere. Regardless, he embraced Nas right before someone randomly popped up behind him and took action.

“Nas is coming out the barbershop and we all cross paths, and then Nas is, like, wrestling,” he continued. “I bump into him, he bump into me, and I’m putting the kids in the car. Then Nas is like, ‘No, no, not here, not here, no’ and Nas is wrestling with the bracelet.”

“I’m getting in the car, and I’m already looking at these n-ggas trying to play their gangsta shit.”

Murray claimed that since the vehicle he was using belonged to Erick Sermon, it was simple for him to enter and exit locations secretly. To assist Nas, he thought about ramming the attackers with the car, but then he recalled there were children inside.

“I’m looking in the rear-view mirror as it’s going on,” he added. “I’m not knowing if the n-ggas is trying to come get me or go get Nas ’cause n-ggas is trying to get whatever n-ggas got. Nas got the bracelet that’s like $4,000 in diamonds and I got a wad of money, and Nas got the wad of money and I got the truck.”

He continued: “If I hit the n-gga then the cops is gonna come get us because the vehicle is going to be at the scene of the crime. So I can’t save Nas. I got to go; I got the kids. But I’m keeping my cool like, ‘Oooh I got the two two right here, oooh these suckers.”

Murray acknowledged that he was unable to tell if Nas or himself were being set up. He inquired about the identity of the men, but the Queensbridge rapper just responded that it was “a close one.”

The 48-year-old has recently been gathering media attention. One of the main topics of discussion from his interview with The Art of Dialogue was the purported sexual encounters he had with Shawnna and Foxy Brown, both of whom denied it.

Saigon, a fellow rapper from New York, alleged that Keith Murray texted him and said he was trying to get viral by trolling people.

“Keith Murray hit me and said ‘Saigon I bet U I can be trending overnight… He said these people out here are stupid and pretty much sheep who will follow, engage and partake in anything’.. Guess he was right,” Saigon tweeted. “Are we really this freaking slow in 2023… Lol.”

Since 2009, the self-described Wave God has been confined after being given a 75-year jail term for conspiring to commit armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and criminal murder. Since then, his sentence has been significantly shortened.

His tweet was accompanied by Max B’s aforementioned “Lemonade” video, which opens with footage of him addressing French MFrench Montana Explains How He Helped Drake And Diddy Settle Their Disputeontana and the rest of his fans via a prison phone call.

During a June 2022 guest on Gillie Da Kid and Wallo’s Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, French Montana expressed optimism for Max B’s release. Max is in the camps now, so he’s one step closer to returning home, he said, without offering a specific release date.

After The Ghosting Allegations, Gucci Mane’s Wife Claims he Contributed $20k to Big Scarr’s Funeral

After The Ghosting Allegations, Gucci Mane’s Wife Claims he Contributed $20k to Big Scarr’s Funeral

Keyshia Ka’Oir, Gucci Mane’s wife, has confirmed that her husband paid for the funeral of Big Scarr, a new artist signed to New 1017 Records who died on December 22 after an accidental overdose.

According to Ka’Oir, Gucci stiffed Scarr’s family over his funeral expenses. This accusation follows one from Quezz Ruthless, a close friend and collaborator of the late rapper.

“You say to them you finna pay for the funeral, then you lie,” Quezz said in a recent Instagram Live. “You didn’t have to lie! You ain’t have to go ghost either, cuh. It was gonna get paid for either way. You could’ve just said you ain’t have the money. You don’t get no type of respect for that, cuh.”

He added: “The minute that them folks called yo phone to see if you gon’ pay for the funeral, you blocked them. That’s not real, cuh. You ain’t straight. You only trying to act all real. You posted Scarr talking ’bout some long live — bruh, you ain’t do nothing, cuh.”

“When they texted you and asked you about Scarr’s funeral, cuh, you told them folks that Keyshia’s birthday coming up. Man, y’all rich! Y’all can celebrate her birthday any day. Come on now, cuh.”

Alexandra Woods, Scarr’s sister, criticized Gucci Mane on social media for supposedly breaking his funeral pledge. She further alleged that following Scarr’s passing, he requested the return of his 1017 chains.

However, Ka’Oir shared two receipts totaling $20,000 from N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home on her Instagram Story. Gucci’s wife wrote on the papers that everyone should “leave her husband alone” and that the money was paid straight to the funeral home.

“20k total @laflare1017 what u did to these folks man,” she wrote before adding in a separate post: “We also sent flowers & not even a thank u” along with a breaking heart emoji.

Big Scarr, actual name Alexander Woods, died after taking a fatal dosage of prescription drugs while at his girlfriend’s house in Memphis, where he was visiting. It’s unclear what medication was consumed in particular or whether Scarr had a prescription for the pills.

The rapper, was recently buried in Memphis. NLE Choppa, BigWalkDog and two other rappers were present except Gucci Mane.

“You knew not to show up at that funeral,” Quezz added during his Instagram Live. “Even if you came, you were gonna get stomped at the door. Come on now, fool.”

Big Scarr’s death was lamented by GGucci Mane Says He Has $1M For B.G. When He’s Released From Prisonucci Mane on social media at the time, but Gucci Mane has not yet responded to the accusations.

Quentin Miller Said He Never Had a Positive Experience With Meek Mill

Quentin Miller Said He Never Had a Positive Experience With Meek Mill

Quentin Miller became a casualty of the MeeMeek Mill is Reproached For Recording a Music Video at the Ghanian Presidential Palace’s Mill and Drake dispute back in 2015, but it turns out that the songwriter had a bad relationship with Meek even earlier.

Miller talked about how it made him feel to witness everyone involved in the dispute, including DJ Drama, Rejoin and Act amicably while leaving him out of the picture, in an interview with VladTV that was published on Sunday (January 8).

He acknowledged that they had never had a good experience with Meek and that he didn’t have high expectations for him, but that Drama was a different matter.

“I mean yeah it just felt like it was all worthless, it was all pointless,” Miller said of seeing everyone squash the beef. “Honestly the Meek thing – I never had a good experience with Meek Mill. I remember one time Rick Ross had me and Mack, Wedding Crashers, had us pull up to The Promise Land… and Meek just so happened to be there and he was just mugging me the whole time.”

“I never got positive vibes from Meek,” he continued. “So, I don’t really expect nothing from Meek. But it’s really the Drama and Drake situation. Even Drama and Dr Julia Fox Says That Her Best Celebrity Date Was With Drakeake linking back up for the Jack Harlow video and everything. Shout out to Jack Harlow. I don’t got no issues with Jack Harlow.”

He added: “But it’s just like damn how do y’all do the reunited, we all good without QM? Like I’m literally at the center of the whole shit. Then he went on his interview with Rory and Mal and he was just talking about me in past tense like, ‘You know hey man, he was the only one,’ and, ‘Sorry it happened.’”

“But you’re one of the biggest entities in music. Drake is probably the biggest entity in music. Y’all have the power to fix that. Why are you acting like you don’t? And why are you talking about it this way? Unless that’s how you want it to be? And if that is how you want it to be, then why?”

He continued, stressing once more that Drama was his major target.

“So that was kind of lame to me. I felt more about it for Drama than I did for Meek,” Miller said. “I don’t expect nothing from Meek. I get the message from day one. You don’t fuck with me, you don’t care about about me. It is what it is. I don’t expect shit from that guy. But from Drama, that was strange. And I’m still cool with Cannon. It’s still love with Lake. They’ll check on me every now and then.

“But like don’t about it like oh it’s just nothing we can do. Yes it is! It’s definitely stuff y’all can do,” he concluded. “But you know, it is what it is. I don’t want you to fuck with me if you don’t really definitely stuff y’all can do,” he concluded. “But you know, it is what it is. I don’t want you to fuck with me if you don’t really fuck with me.

In prior part of his Vlad interview, Quentin Miller revealed he was never properly compensated for his work with Drake – due to a “horrible” publishing deal with Grammy-winning producer/songwriter Tricky Stewart.

“I never got a single publishing check off any songs,” Miller said. “I had to feed my family off getting paid under the table in that situation, because Tricky and them wouldn’t let me go. I didn’t get out that deal ’til 2019, 2020; I signed it in 2011. I had to let go of a lot of shit just to get out.”

Meek Mill is Reproached For Recording a Music Video at the Ghanian Presidential Palace

Meek Mill is Reproached For Recording a Music Video at the Ghanian Presidential Palace

The controversy surrounding Meek Mill’s next music video, which was shot at the presidential palace of Ghana, has forced him to perform some damage control.

The Dream Chasers leader revealed a teaser of the music video over the weekend, which was shot while he was on holiday in Accra, Ghana. MeMeek Mill Changes The Style Of Ice Spice’s “MUNCH”ek is seen in many scenes throughout the country, but some of the footage upset some Ghanaians.

The Jubilee House, which doubles as the presidential residence and Ghana’s highest security zone, was depicted in Meek’s teaser. In other scenes, the Philadelphia rapper can be seen standing at the same podium that President Nana Akufo-Addo used to address the nation.

The frustration of Ghanaians over what they perceived as a degradation of the presidency was quickly vented on social media. Many people wondered how Meek was given security clearance to record the video at such a famous spot while also claiming the video shoot was a security breach.

“Meek Mill really shot a music video at Jubilee House? This is the lowest point we can get as a country,” one person wrote on Twitter. “What happened to ‘Jubilee House as a security zone.’ Even American Embassy in Ghana, you can’t take pictures and Ghana allows Jubilee House to become studio. We are finish.”

Someone else tweeted: All those

responsible for this despicable desecration of the Jubilee House by Meek Mill must be fired immediately. How do those explicit lyrics from the president’s lectern project Ghana positively? Is Ghana’s seat of government no longer a high security installation?”

Another person asked if Meek can’t do the same in his own country, how is he allowed to do it in a foreign land tweeting: “Nah!! This is getting serious, why are we allowing this? Can Meek Mill shoot a music video in the white house? Eii Gh lol . What a country! We have given these guys too much liberty they don’t even have in their country.”

When MKanye West Makes Fun Of Meek Mill For Criticizing Himeek Mill learned of the uproar, he removed the teaser from his social media accounts. However, the harm had already been done by the post. On Monday, January 9, he did apologize and make a commitment to soon reveal the larger project he was working on while in Ghana.

“My apologies to the people if any disrespect! We still gonna push to make the connection between black people in America and Africa … what I’m trying to do is more than a video and it’s coming soon! My apologies to the the office also.”

Meek Mill encountered further issues while traveling in Ghana. He demanded the return of his phone, which he claimed had been stolen when he initially arrived. The Dream Chasers boss posted a number of videos on his Instagram Stories of him interacting with Ghanaians while traveling to the Afro Nation music event.

Ghana police recovered the phone and returned it to the Philadelphia rapper, hand-delivering it to him along with news that they had detained a suspect by the name ‘Nuhu Sule.’

“I wanna say thank you guys for getting my phone back to my life, man,” Meek can be heard saying in a video he posted to his Instagram Story showing his phone being returned. “Y’all ain’t let him hack me or nothing, did y’all, Commander?”

Meek later admitted that maybe his phone wasn’t stolen and instead could have fallen out of his pocket while he was out riding his dirt bike.

“I coulda dropped that phone on a dirt bike I don’t actually know for a fact somebody went in my pocket!” he tweeted. “I got it back that’s all I needed I don’t need anybody locked up for a phone. I don’t even know what happened to it.”

Dr. Dre Threatens to Take Legal Action Against Majorie Taylor Greene For Tweeting "Still Dre"

Dr. Dre Threatens to Take Legal Action Against Majorie Taylor Greene For Tweeting “Still Dre”

Dr. Dre has officially requested that Marjorie Taylor Green, a Georgia Republican lawmaker, to stop utilizing his music in order to protect himself from further legal action.

According to TMZ, Dre’s lawyer Howard E. King sent the official cease and desist notice on Monday (January 9), giving her two business days to take down any unapproved uses of the song “Still D.R.E.” on her social media sites.

Marjorie Taylor Green’s controversial Twitter post on Monday included a video of her walking through Congress while Dr. Dre’s 1999 hit was playing in the background. In the letter, King chastised Green for breaking the rules outlined in the United States Constitution.

The multi-platinum singer informed TMZ that his music had been used without his permission after learning about the tweet, saying “I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and bigoted as this one.”

Dr. Dre’s objection was underlined in Howard E. King’s letter, and Marjorie Taylor Greene was charged with “wrongfully utilizing [“Still D.R.E.”] through the different social media sites to promote [her] divisive and bigoted political agenda.”

“One might expect that, as a member of Congress, you would have a passing familiarity with the laws of our country,” King wrote. “It’s possible, though, that laws governing intellectual property are insufficiently populist for you to really have spent much time on. We’re writing because we think an actual lawmaker should be making laws not breaking laws, especially those embodied in the constitution by the founding fathers.”

He continued: “The United States Copyright Act says a lot of things, but one of the things it says is that you can’t use someone else’s song for your political campaign promotions unless you get permission from the owner of the copyright in the song, a step you failed to take.”

Greene was given until Wednesday (January 11) at the close of business by Dr. Dre’s legal team to take down the post and respond in writing.

The team of Dr Dre had previously gotten in touch with Twitter before issuing the cease and desist, which caused the tweet to be taken down. In response, Marjorie Taylor Green sent the Aftermath executive a message via a statement to TMZ, which she then posted on Twitter with the hashtag “The next episode..”

“While I appreciate the creative chord progression,” the statement read, “I would never play your words of violence against women and police officers, and your glorification of the thug life and drugs.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene became well-known across the country in 2021 as a result of Democrats in the House of Representatives calling for her resignation due to several contentious comments she made on Facebook in 2018 and 2019.

A CNN investigation revealed multiple posts in which Greene called for the death penalty for a number of well-known Democrats, leading to the decision. The Georgia lawmaker, who was chosen to serve in the House in 2020, also published posts in support of the theory that the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, in 2018 was staged and made a number of antisemitic and anti-Catholic comments.

Marjorie Taylor Greene spoke to the House Republican Conference in February 2021 after her Democratic colleagues started pushing for her to be censured. She claimed that her since-deleted social media posts did not accurately represent who she is. According to CNN, her Twitter account was suspended no less than five times in the same year for breaking the platform’s rules against spreading false information.

Marjorie Taylor Green’s membership on all legislative committees has been eliminated, despite the fact that she is still Georgia’s congressional representative.

On the Basketball Court, Wiz Khalifa Shows His Son No Mercy

On the Basketball Court, Wiz Khalifa Shows His Son No Mercy

Even when facing his own child as an opponent, Wiz Khalifa doesn’t back down on the basketball court.

The Pittsburg native is pictured playing hoops with his son Sebastian and another kid on Twitter, and he is easily dominating the game.

During the 1-on-2 pickup game, Wiz is heard taunting the kids saying, “Got ’em” and “Ya’ll don’t want none.”

In the caption of video, Wiz wrote, “No I aint taking easy on them. Kids be talking shit.”

One Twitter user expressed displeasure with Wiz’s method of coaching his son in basketball by tweeting, “I hope wiz let him score a point,” and including a sobbing emoji.

In the same spirit of competition, Wiz said he would be willing to compete against Lil Wayne in a Verzuz match.

Last month (December 22), when Wiz stopped by Sirus XM to speak with DJ Superstar Jay on Shade 45, he indicated that Wayne would make the perfect opponent for a Verzuz clash but that the fight would more closely resemble a concert for their passionate followers.

“I think that would be fun, yeah. Because Wayne is a really dope performer,” Wiz explained. “Me and him going back and forth performing bangers? That shit’d be hard! And we’d both smoke hella weed. I think that would be more of a concert than a Verzuz.”

The Taylor Gang rapper was producing a significant amount of music in 2022 when he wasn’t berating his son on the basketball court. He debuted a collaboration with Harlem native Neek Bucks on December 26, put out his seventh studio album Multiverse, and issued two joint ventures with Curren$y and Big K.R.I.T., Full Court Press and Stoner’s Night.

In the upcoming movie Spinning Gold, Wiz played George Clinton, making his long-awaited comeback to the big screen.

The movie follows the highs and lows of Casablanca Records and the life of Neil Bogart, the label’s original song producer.

According to Timothy Scott Bogart, son of actor Neil Bogart, “Spinning Gold is about a group of people who, once at a time, lived a fairytale and made their dreams come true, all set to some of the best music ever released on vinyl.”

Jason Derulo portrays Ron Isley of The Isley Brothers, while Tayla Parx portrays Donna Summer, and Ledisi plays Gladys Knight in the Wiz movie.

The film’s writing and directing are by Timothy Scott Bogart
