Lil Baby Claims To Have Spoken To Young Thug: “He In Great Spirits”

Lil Baby claims he’s been in contact with Young Thug since the arrest of the Atlanta rapper, Gunna, and over twenty other members of YSL. Despite everything, the rapper claims that Thug is still in “great spirits.”

“I talked to @youngthug, He in great spirits,” he stated with a prayer hands emoji.

Thug is facing multiple charges as a result of his association with YSL. Prosecutors allege that he, along with Gunna, is one of the group’s leaders, and they’re using lyrics from their music to back up their claims.

Thug was initially charged with conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act and participation in a criminal street gang. However, following a police raid on his Atlanta home, he was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Also in possession of a Schedule III, IV, or V controlled substance with intent to distribute. He’s also in possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.

Young Thug and Lil Baby have worked together several times, with Thug even including a single titled “Lil Baby” on his 2019 album, So Much Fun.
