Nicki Minaj collab with Fivio Foreign on her new song “We Go Up”
As part of Nicki Minaj efforts to celebrate her musical return, she continues to display new materials. She has now collaborated with Fivio Foreign to release a single called “We Go Up”. There are three versions of the song. The original track, a fuller edit, and an official instrumental. “Oh yeah, #WeGoUp ft @FivioForeign is out everywhere. Happy #PinkFriday,” she wrote on Twitter.
The new song is in line with her recent efforts on Coi Leray’s “Blick Blick“, and the joint production with Lil Baby “Do We Have A Problem” and “Bussin“.
After all of that surgery, you are still ugly / And that is what gets me / This sh*t ain’t new to me, sh*t is just new to y’all / I wish a bi**h would upon a shooting star / You thought you witnessed my final coup de grâce / Brrt, look up, we shootin’ stars,” she raps.
Nicki Minaj’s fullest album was released in 2018 and her fourth album received positive feedback and reviews. Minaj stated during her conversation with Joe Budden, that the release wasn’t “presented appropriately.” Minaj also said that she knows she was not in the “proper position” to drop an album at those moments.
