Travis Scott Took To The Stage For His First Public Performance Since Astroworld
Travis Scott gave his best for audiences at Miami’s E11even club on Saturday night, his first public performance since the deadly crowd crush that transpired at his 2021 Astroworld Festival.
Before his turn to play, the 31-year-old reportedly threw a large amount of cash into the audience while holding a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila.
“We need every stripper to report to the f*cking stage right now,” he added. “We need every bottle reported to this motherf*ckin floor.”
The crowd erupted in applause as Scott began performing “Antidote,” followed by “Highest in the Room,” “Pick Up The Phone,” “Goosebumps,” and “SICKO MODE.”
Tables for the Formula 1 party costed between $5,000 and $100,000. The father of two performed for roughly 45 minutes, from 3:30 AM until 4:15 AM.
Fans have been waiting for Scott’s return to the stage for a long time. He previously performed a private show for a tiny crowd at Bootsy Bellows during Coachella weekend. A far cry from the headlining slot he had hoped for, but better than nothing.
Scott also performed at a private house party in Bel-Air during Oscar season, which Serena Williams and Leonardo DiCaprio attended.
