R. Kelly Survivors Claim That He Allegedly Recorded Them Having Sex When They Were Minors

As the troubled singer’s federal trial in Chicago continues, R. Kelly’s name has been all over the news in recent weeks. The Chicago Tribune published the most recent legal development, which includes testimony from two accusers who assert that the R&B singer videotaped them engaging in sex while they were minors.

The first witness today (August 29) was a 37-year-old woman using the alias “Pauline” to give her testimony. Around the age of 14, Pauline went looking for her friend at the singer’s home and discovered Jane “naked, kneeling in front of Kelly.” Pauline and Jane were supposedly best friends.

“He told me he was just looking for bruises on her, because she hurt herself,” Pauline remembered. “I told him that ‘That’s not how you look for bruises’ and he said that’s how he looked for bruises… then he stated that ‘We all have secrets.'”

R. Kelly, who was wearing a dark blue suit, was there for the hearing. According to reports he “kept his head down, sometimes shaking it back and forth as she’s talked about things he allegedly said to her about ‘secrets.'”

Pauline claimed that despite the drama, she still feels love and affection for her accused abuser. “I loved him and I still love him. In a weird way, I know you might judge me, but it’s like best friend meets boyfriend meets dad.”

NBA YoungBoy won his federal firearms case in California on (15 July). The 22-year-old was facing several years in prison following his arrest by the FBI in 2021. However, his team was able to not only get his song lyrics taken out of the case but also make the argument that no fingerprints were there.

The father of seven said to Rolling Stone, “I feel great,” after learning of his destiny. Fans paid tribute to YB, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, outside the courthouse. Supporters leapt, yelled, and rapped his lyrics in joy at the announcement of his not-guilty judgment.

Although the hip-hop boom gave him a significant break, his struggle for freedom is far from over. According to XXL, YoungBoy is facing yet another firearms prosecution in his native Louisiana. The rapper and a handful of his associates were detained in September 2020 while filming a music video in front of an abandoned home.

According to reports, police removed many firearms, marijuana, Xanax, and other paraphernalia from the site. The recording artist for Atlantic Records was charged as a result and released on bail.

YB scored a minor victory in the case in March of this year when the judge ruled to suppress the prosecutors’ intended submission of photographic and video evidence. The matter is currently pending as both sides try to organize their arguments, according to court documents that XXL was able to get. The subsequent case conference will take place on August 2, 2022.

Kodak Black is facing charges of trafficking oxycodone and possessing a controlled narcotic without a prescription following his recent arrest in Florida. Black’s driver’s license was also over 30 days old.

Black’s Dodge Durango was stopped in Fort Lauderdale on Friday due to unlawful window tinting. He had 31 Oxycodone pills and $74,960 in cash on him when he was stopped.

The information was first shared on Twitter late on Friday by Fox’s Andy Slater.

“Kodak Black was stopped for an expired tag and illegal window tints,” Slater stated. “Cops smelled weed when he opened the door to the bulletproof SUV he was driving, so they began a search. That’s when they found the pills without a prescription and the cash.”

Black was detained and sent to the Broward County Jail, where he is still being held as of Saturday morning.

Black has had legal issues in the past, so this is by no means the first time. The Back for Everything rapper was imprisoned in 2021 for possessing a firearm, but former President Donald Trump commuted his sentence. Black has since expressed his support for Trump running for re-election in 2024.

Gunna Was Denied Bond Again And Will Remain In Custody Until His Trial In January

Young Thug, Gunna, Duke, and several other members of YSL Records were implicated in a lengthy Georgia RICO indictment on May 9. One of the first accused musicians to be detained was Young Thug, and shortly after the indictment was made public, Gunna also turned himself in. On May 23, Gunna’s request for bond was rejected by the court after the prosecution contended that the “pushin P” rapper is actually a known member of the YSL gang and a lethal leader inside the group.

Gunna went to court more than a month later for a bond review, but the DS4EVER artist was once again refused bond.

WSBTV reports that the Atlanta rapper virtually appeared in court today in an effort to be released on a “extreme bond that would include house arrest and recorded phone lines,” but prosecutors reportedly urged the judge to keep Gunna in jail due to his alleged leadership role in YSL so that he is unable to potentially intimidate witnesses.

Gunna has maintained his innocence throughout the entire ordeal, and on June 14 he tweeted an open letter asking for his release and the preservation of Black art.

“Growing up from where I come from in a marginalized neighborhood, I never dreamt my art would change my life and the lives of my loved ones,” Gunna stated in the letter. “We still pushing P: Power, Prayer, Progress, Passion, Productivity, Praise, Precision, Peace, Prosperity, Patience, Pride, and Persistence.”

The YSL Gang Indictment trial, in which Gunna, Young Thug, and other YSL artists will participate, is currently scheduled for January 9th, 2023.

Nipsey Hussle’s Alleged Killer Eric Holder Was Found Guilty Of Murder

According to CBS News, the guy convicted of murdering Nipsey Hussle has been found guilty. After six hours of deliberation, a Los Angeles jury on Wednesday found Eric Holder guilty of first-degree murder. Because two bystanders were shot by Holder, the jury also found him guilty of two counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter. He has already been accused of trying to kill two people in the first degree.

On March 31, 2019, a gunman opened fire and killed Nipsey Hussle in front of the Marathon Clothing store at Slauson and Crenshaw. Prosecutors said during the trial that Holder planned to kill Nipsey Hussle before shooting and kicking the rapper ten times.

Nipsey Hussle and Holder got into a fight before the shooting, according to deputy district attorney John McKinney, over suspicions that Holder was a snitch. Nipsey didn’t have security with him, although McKinny did disclose that he was joined by two buddies.

Three weeks passed throughout the study. Holder was also found guilty of two charges of aggravated firearms assault and felon in possession of a handgun. Holder was not convicted by the jury of premeditated attempted murder.

Holder was attacked by other prisoners last month while he was waiting to be escorted to court. Due to the injuries Holder incurred during the attack, including a head wound that required staples, the trial was delayed by one day.

Lil Tjay Is Awake & Talking After Horrific Shooting

Lil Tjay needed emergency surgery just last week at a hospital in New Jersey after being shot many times in the neck and chest. Mohamed Konate is said to have attempted to rob Tjay, which allegedly resulted in a shooting. Konate was ultimately taken into custody for the alleged shooting and is still there today.

Although Tjay’s surgery was successful, he was unconscious and unresponsive for a few days. As a result, there were several rumors concerning his health on social media, even though there was no official update. Everything changed when TMZ reported that Tjay is now awake and can even speak.

Even though Tjay still needs to work hard to heal entirely from his injuries, this is still a highly encouraging development for the New York MC. Police are attempting to speak with Tjay now that he is awake in order to learn more about the shooting. There have been no reports about Tjay’s level of cooperation with the probe so far.

Tjay will have to stay in the hospital till the doctors order him out, for the time being. There is no timetable for his ongoing rehabilitation as of yet.

R.Kelly Will Receive A Sentence For Sex Trafficking And Racketeering Crimes

R.Kelly will finally receive his sentence in court today after evading accusations of sexual abuse for years. The troubled musician is scheduled to appear before the judge who will sentence him in his sex trafficking and racketeering case. During a federal trial in Brooklyn in 2021, the artist was convicted guilty of enticing women and girls for sex.

Using his “fame, money, and influence” to “prey upon children and young women for his own sexual enjoyment,” the prosecutors on the case are asking for a 25-year prison term, according to a filing. Kelly’s legal team, meanwhile, has argued that the singer should be given a maximum 10-year prison term because of “experienced a traumatic childhood involving severe, prolonged childhood sexual abuse, poverty, and violence” that contributed to his “hypersexual” behavior.

“His victimization continued into adulthood where, because of his literacy deficiencies, the defendant has been repeatedly defrauded and financially abused, often by the people he paid to protect him,” his legal team stated.

The singer is a “musical genius,” according to the unsealed document from Kelly’s attorney Jennifer Bonjean “rich and complicated story that is highly relevant to this Court’s goal of fashioning an appropriate sentence for him.”

Kelly, According To The Authorities, Hasn’t Yet Accepted Responsibility For His Crimes

“First, the defendant continues to avoid any acknowledgment of the seriousness of his conduct or the harm that he caused, further supporting the government’s contention that the defendant has shown no acceptance of responsibility and is unlikely to be deterred from committing future crimes,” Elizabeth Geddes, an assistant US attorney, penned a report for Insider. “Second, in his submission, the defendant perpetuates his version of events in a manner that is flagrantly false and contrary to the evidence adduced at trial.”

Kelly has been imprisoned without being granted bail since he was charged with a number of offenses in 2019. He is still under investigation in Chicago for obstructing justice and child pornography. On August 15th, the trial is scheduled to start.

Gunna Writes An Open Letter From Prison: "We Still Pushing P"

Gunna Writes An Open Letter From Prison: “We Still Pushing P”

Gunna has penned a letter to his followers from a Fulton County jail, where he is being held on charges of conspiring to break Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Young Thug was arrested as part of a 56-count indictment against members of YSL, which included him.

Gunna begins his letter on a positive note: “2022 has been one of the best years of my life, despite this difficult situation. This year I had the whole world pushing P.”

He then goes on to reflect about his upbringing in a “marginalized neighborhood,” where he experienced Black people “attacked, hated, murdered, berated, belittled, silenced, judged, used and held captive.”

Despite his detention, Gunna maintains that the prosecution’s allegations against him are untrue, and that he believes he will be proved innocent.

“The picture that is being painted of me is ugly and untrue,” he said. “My fans know I love to celebrate life, I love my family, I love travel, I love music, I love my fans. I have all faith that God will grant me justice for the purity in my heart and the innocence of my actions.”

He then continued “Nothing will stop me from chasing my dreams, I won’t stop being a good person, even if some unnamed and unknown accusers want the world to see me as bad person. When I was free, I tried to be good and kind to the community around me and, when I am released, I will do the same thing all over again.”

“We still pushing P: Power, Prayer, Progress, Passion, Productivity, Praise, Precision, Pease, Prosperity, Patience, Pride and Persistence,”Gunna comes to a conclusion.
