In a $7 million sexual assault case, the Game’s Cashapp has been seized.
Priscilla Rainey is going to obtain The Game’s money in some manner. According to Radar Online, the former She Got Game contestant filed a federal lawsuit in Florida court last month asking for permission to seize The Game’s money from Square, Inc., which owns the CashApp.
The federal judge ruled on Thursday that the $2,176.35 in his CashApp should be seized because Rainey claims she learned he had thousands of dollars in the account and demanded it “immediately” handed over. On Friday (September 3), he was ordered to hand over $2,176.35 from his CashApp.
After The Game missed a court hearing, Rainey was granted a $7.1 million judgment against him in 2016 for an alleged sexual assault that occurred while she was filming VH1’s show. She alleged in the original 2015 suit that “Hate It or Love It” rapper was intoxicated on “alcohol and drugs” throughout the program
According to Rainey’s attorney, The Game “sexually assaulted the plaintiff on several occasions that night. This included him touching her breasts and pushing his hand down her dress to grope at her bare vagina and buttocks.”
The Game has been unrepentant since then, promising not to pay her any money. Rainey, on the other hand, has discovered new ways to acquire her hands on the staggering sum. In addition to CashApp’s assets, Rainey was given permission by a court to seize The Game’s royalty payments from eOne and Sound Exchange.
This is unfortunately crazy. All the Game had to do was attend his court date. Sad 😞
