Kim Just Won the $60M Mansion Kanye Designed for Her as Part of Their Divorce Agreement

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West announced their divorce in a statement published on February 14, 2018. Despite rumors to the contrary, they appear to be genuinely going through with their divorce. Kim will acquire ownership of the mansion that the couple constructed near Los Angeles as part of their divorce settlement, according to documents seen by TMZ on Tuesday.

Kim and Kanye purchased a home for $20 million in 2014 on a estate of almost 500 square meters in the beautiful Hidden Hills. The old property was destroyed, and the pair spent years creating a new house. Its value is now thought to be around $60 million. Kim would have bought out the rapper to become the sole owner of the luxury mansion. TMZ sources claim the talks were pleasant.

It remains to be seen if eldest daughter North, who appears to be just as contented as her mother, likes the house. In a new web show with Ellen DeGeneres, Kim said that the girl is not always convinced of the nihilistic home’s appeal. “When I have an argument with North, she always believes she’s really putting me down by saying ‘your home is so ugly; it’s all white; who would want to live there?,’ and it’s kind of mean because I love my home.”
